Glamping Hut
This is a very beautiful Glamping hut. Me and my girlfriend had it for 3 days but I wish I could have stayed longer. It is right beside the cenote (basically a big pond), it was beautiful. The dock beside the cenote was very comfortable, it had multiple hammocks to hang out in. There was also a kayak that you can borrow for free. The actual tent was very spacious and had two fans within it so you were never hot at night. The bed was a king size and fairly comfortable. The bathroom felt very private even though it is technically outside, you can only get access to by walking through your own tent. The water pressure was surprisingly good for being an eco hut. Did not have any issues with bugs or any creepy crawlies within the tent. The ad is a bit misleading by saying it is close to the beach though. In order to go to the beach you have to go through a beach club which is about a ten minute walk away. You would also have to pretend like your buying a drink or something in order to get access to the club. The breakfast included was actually a 1 min walk away at another Glamping lodge called Nativus. The parking was a bit tight but I was able to fit a small car there, anything bigger would be a bit of an issue. The wifi worked within the hut, but was a bit slow which is understandable. The check in process was fairly easy. The attendant understood my English well. I would recommend renting a bike and leaving it to use. It was about a 15-20 min walk to reach decent restaurants.

Ambiance toile de tente spacieuse. Beaucoup de places à l'intérieur pour ouvrir 2 valises. Malgré deux ventilateurs, il fait très lourd. Excellente literie, nous y avons passé la première nuit de notre séjour, avec la fatigue nous avons bien dormi. Les WC et la douche sont à l'extérieur. Pas d'eau chaude et un mince filet d'eau. L'hôtel fonctionne sur un groupe électrogène qui fonctionne en permanence. Donc on dort avec un bruit insupportable. Pas beaucoup de lumière et odeurs d'égout (mais l'odeur est partout sur la cote). Pas d'accès direct à la plage.

L’endroit est beau, et l’intérieur de la tente est bien décoré et agréable. Cependant, il y a eu de nombreux soucis pendant notre séjour. Tout d’abord, contrairement à ce qu’on nous avait dit, l’accès à la plage n’était pas autorisé. Le manager nous a affirmé qu’il était possible d’y accéder en passant par un autre hôtel voisin, mais à notre arrivée, cet hôtel nous a refusé l’accès. Nous avons finalement trouvé un chemin, mais avons perdu 45 minutes à chercher comment en sortir, car personne ne nous laissait traverser son établissement. De plus, le petit-déjeuner, qui devait être servi à 8h, a été repoussé à 9h le matin même, sans explication. Enfin, les serviettes de bain étaient sales, ce qui était très décevant. Je déconseille cet endroit si vous recherchez un service fiable et à la hauteur de vos attentes.

Blood on sheets, biggest scorpion I have ever seen in my room, no a/C. It was very hard stay I was more comfortable in jail
