Unfortunately, a very bad hotel. We had booked 6 nights but left after 3 nights. You were supposed to get breakfast in your room. You could order and get it at 8:00, which we did, one morning they came 40 minutes later, the other morning they came 1 hour later. And no apology, just "we have others who also order". Nonchalant. We had also been told to pay in Mexican pesos, they tried to get us to pay in dollars. (Which of course would cost us quite a lot more.) After a little argument we had to pay what we were supposed to. One day we had no power in our room. There was power in other rooms but not in ours. So we had to shower in the dark. The hotel is also very poorly located. Felt unsafe to go out. Many reasons that made us move hotels. (We didn't get anything back for the 3 remaining nights that we didn't stay there.) In short, I recommend not staying here for several reasons. It also showed that there would be a pool bar but it was completely closed. The hotel felt completely deserted and dead, we hardly saw any other people staying there and it was very uncomfortable to even be there. Something felt very wrong about the hotel and absolutely nothing was good there.

Bad room service, no cleaning was done on any day during my 4-night stay and they barely changed the towels one day because I demanded it, there were always cockroaches and other types of bugs in the room, the internet never worked and the breakfast was terrible.
To get in and out of the hotel I had to walk through mud, it was horrible!

Although it is located a bit out of the way, the room condition is fine. There was a bit of a problem with the sink drain. I wish the receptionist could speak simple English.

Excellent hotel, great facilities that includes spa, sauna, cenote, jaccuzi, etc. Little away from beach but one can rent a bike nearby for 500 pesos a day. Room have microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, etc. One can buy from 7-11 or mart and can make own food too.

The hotel is amazing just like the pictures! There is even many jacuzzis a steam room & a sauna. Also so many pools! The room is so big & has everything you need! Very modern & comfortable. The only downside is it is in the middle of the slums so it’s not the safest area esp as a solo female traveler but even though it’s in the slums of poverty nothing ever happened to me the locals actually tried to help me with my suitcase and to find the hotel.
