Excelente lugar para pasar un fin de semana en Tulum, a buena distancia del centro y seguro. Amabilidad por parte del staff y muy serviciales, la comunicación fue excelente, totalmente recomendable y esperamos poder regresar muy pronto.

The first lack of communication from the owner was the payment method. while we were booking, he said we could pay by cash or card at check in. however, the day we arrived at the apartment he changed his speech saying that we could only pay in cash, which was absurd because we had not prepared ourselves to have this contribution in cash. The second lack of communication was that it was 4:30 pm and he said that our reservation was canceled because we hadn't paid yet. How would we make the payment if the agreement was to pay at the entrance at check in? So he automatically canceled our stay without our thinking and my boyfriend and I were left on the street booking another hotel. A terrible experience that traumatized me and made me want to never return to Tulum again. we were treated very badly. The worst of all is that in the end he deleted all the messages exchanged on WhatsApp.

El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene buena ubicación desafortunadamente una de las señorita que te recibe en el lobby bastante grosera y de muy poca ayuda ya que al preguntarle cosas contestaba con una actitud muy altanera

the location is very good, it's also clean and really cheap, but extremely noisy. the staff was nice and helpful. the pool was not really inviting. there are very good restaurants nearby and don't miss palma central on tuesdays

¡Me encantó este lugar! Es muy cómodo, limpio y bonito. Viajé a Tulum con mis amigos y fue una experiencia que sin duda repetiremos. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros, nos recomendaron visitar el cenote Calavera que se encuentra a 10 min del condominio y nos ayudaron con el transporte desde que hicimos nuestra reservación.

The people on site is very kind, Viri, Ana and Adrian were very helpful, the place is clean and beautiful, what i liked the most, was the pool on the rooftop and i really enjoyed the showers pressure.

El hotel está muy bien equipado con cocina, microondas, y vajilla, la cama es comoda ,el baño es amplio , tiene una TV gigante y un ventanal también muy grande. Cuenta con una terraza con piscina muy bonita que me permitió hacer gym y relajarme. La atención es excelente, nos han dado consejos muy útiles y con mucha dedicación. La ubicación es buena ya se que está cerca del centro y con negocios para poder preparar una comida. Sin dudas volvería a este lugar.

Excelente servicio y un lugar muy limpio, la experiencia y el buen trato desde la llegada hasta la partida del lugar. Sin duda un lugar que deben visitar para compartir en familia o solo, tienen áreas comunes en excelente estado, recomendable al 100%
