Excelente lugar para pasar las vacaciones, muy tranquilo, excelente spot y con uno de los mejores bares de coctelería de Tulum a cargo del maestro Israel (chore), precios super accesibles, muy recomendable si te gustan de los momentos tranquilos con buena plática y buena música.

Excellent drinks, amazing service and great ambiance. A must when in Tulum town, after the beach. The decor and architecture is very 60’s and the retro vibe works. Israel at the bar made us some tiki cocktails that were to die for. Do yourself a favor and visit them next time.

This is the place for a quiet, tranquil getaway. The rooms and settings of the hotel match the idea of Tulum in my head before I visited. It did not disappoint. It also falls under the Mr and Mrs Smith properties for Hyatt stays. This place is a gem for those looking to getaway and relax!

Wonderful stay at Tiki Tiki hotel! This is a charming and intimate place, exquisitely decorated and nicely located (many delicious restaurants in a walking distance). The staff is amazing: Naomi and Sofia were very friendly and helpful to enjoy the best of Tulum and its surroundings. Highly recommended!

Très belle chambre. Piscine très agréable. Et très bons cocktails ! Un peu à l’écart de la ville. À côté d’un centre de Yoga où vous pouvez prendre des cours. Des restaurants pas très loin. C’est une excellente alternative pr explorer Tulum.

I’m so happy I found Tiki Tiki! I was staying at a hotel close by and walked past, so I figured I’d poke my head in. The design of the beautiful bar/lounge and pool area and the friendly staff created a great first impression, so I asked to see a room for a future stay. Came back and stayed two nights at the end of my trip and it was very lovely. I was a bit concerned about the continental breakfast as I’m gluten and lactose intolerant, but I let them know ahead of time and they ordered some very yummy gluten free bread for me. Will definitely stay again!

I was a little concerned on the approach to the hotel --seemed out of the way, not walkable, but I was happily surprised that the hotel, while isolated, is a very short walk to Calle 7 where many restaurants/cafes are located. The hotel staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly, parking was on-sight, it had a lovely pool area and outdoor lounge, and our room was spacious with comfortable bedding and a roomy bathroom. Tiki Tiki Tulum was a great find!

One of the best Hôtel experiences we ever had. Staff was amazing, the little but very very beautiful hotel was almost a second home for us. You find yourself in a serene jungle which is teeming with live. Exotic birds in bright colors. Rooms was very clean and there were no insects bothering us. Would totally recommend for everyone staying in Tulum to check this place out.
