I don’t know where to begin!!! Just spent 7 days here with my teenage daughter. Staff extremely rude Advertised as 3 star I wouldn’t give it one Food inedible cold undercooked and no variety Entertainment non existent I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Save your money and book elsewhere Croatia is stunning the beaches are lovely.

I must commend the hotel staff. From the arrival, which is typical of top-class hotels, to the various services, to the departure, you feel like a movie star. I want everyone who visits this hotel to feel like my family. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location but be prepared for a 90 minute drive from Split Airport and traffic can be bad. In general the hotel was good but a few bits made me rate it lower. Food was very average and everything seems to have far too much salt on it, I always say you can add salt but never take it away, fried eggs were never fully cooked and most food was cold. There was two bars but I couldn't understand why in the upstairs bar by reception they never had lemonade (sprite), a staple mixer for many drinks. Apart from the main hotel there are five satellite units with three floors each, be warned that these have no lifts (elevators), could be a major problem for those with poor mobility. Our room was basic with many little faults, we called reception who sorted most problems out such as toilet roll holder falling off the wall etc. but the shower was still falling away from the wall the whole time. Pools are great and the water aerobics was great fun. If I could go there with a drinks package only then eat out it would be great. The sea water is clear but it's not a pebble beach, it's sharp stones, swim shoes a must and the water gets deep very quickly, four steps out and it's up to your chest. The walkway outside is fantastic with lots of shops and restaurants along the front, we did two day trips, look at Calypso Boat trip for further review. We also did the Skywalk which can be done on an electric Tuk-Tuk which was great fun.
