Good location with exit at level 1 and 15, making it easy for tourists to reach their desired attractions. View was splendid and staff speak good English and are friendly to assist with extension of room due to change in plans. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Love the place... overlooking the mountains with direct access near the center... very close to Moana... Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Great hotel with good amenities! There’s a executive lounge and pool table at level 15 for you to chill! I booked a deluxe garden mountain view and the view is amazing! Location is great too!

Best hotel in Sapa in my opinion.
Away from the busy part of town, that's fine.
You get top class service, food, views.
Just don't go to the spa, the masseuse I had didn't know what she was doing. Terrible.

Great staff. Location is a bit far from Sun Plaza, but still within walking distance. You can also take Grab and it will take less than 5 mins to Sun Plaza.

I had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – I could sit by the window for hours just enjoying it. The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location made it easy to get around, with cafes and shops nearby. Overall, I’m really glad I booked this place, and I would definitely stay here again next time.

Good view as able to see the fansipan mountain from the room

Very nice view and good location. Easily accessible to the center of sapa in walking distance when u exit from 15th floor.
