Il posto è centrale, ma il palazzo presenta dei gradini molto alti e non c’è né un montacarichi nè qualcuno che ti aiuta nel portare le valigie. Gli orari sono allucinanti, colazione dalle 7:30 alle 9:30 e check out alle 10…. Non c’è deposito bagagli e la signora delle pulizie non è il massimo per cortesia e accoglienza… la proprietaria vista solo per il check in e check out… colazione in terrazza dove devi fare una rampa di scale in vetro trasparente che generano panico e danno precarietà… la stanza molto scarna ma silenziosa nonostante sia in pieno centro… la pulizia lascia a desiderare sopratutto il bagno con la rubinetteria e i tappi lavabo e bidet incrostata di calcare da dare l’impressione che sia lercia per non parlare del pavimento.. dopo la doccia ho usato il tappetino per asciugare a terra ed è uscito nero. Ad ogni modo Tropea è meravigliosa e fortunatamente in camera ci si va solo per dormire… quasi dimenticavo lo split dell’aria condizionata sgangherato e posizionato sopra al letto 😅… e ho detto tutto

Sono stata in questo B&B con il mio fidanzato , devo dire che siamo rimasti veramente senza parole.... già dalla porta di ingresso senti quel profumo di accoglienza dove ci aspetta la signora Tiziana ! Per non parlare dell’accoglienza di Ester, una ragazza estremamente unica in tutto ! Gentile , cordiale , disponibile su ogni nostra richiesta, ma soprattutto sa dare degli ottimi consigli.... La pulizia della nostra camera SPETTACOLARE! Ester lascia tutti senza parole sempre super pulite , ordinate con un buon profumo !!! Ottima anche la colazione abbastanza varia in tutto ( consiglio di bere il cappuccino che vi prepara Ester ) ! Ottima anche la vista del terrazzo per gustare la colazione ! Che dire ci tornerò sicuramente.. Grazie per tutto !

The Lorylu was outstanding. The property was nice but the people surpassed that. Every day started fantastic regardless of your mood at breakfast because Esther was always in a great mood and full of energy which was infectious. Tiziana was special she looked after us like we were family and bailed us out when we desperately needed transport when we didn’t know we needed it. The room was ultra clean and spacious with everything we needed. I would go back there without hesitation.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione e al centro con sotto ristorante, mare vicino, ambiente accogliente, proprietario accogliente, sanitari nuovi, pulizia impeccabile, buona la colazione servita in terrazza panoramica, assolutamente consigliato

Climbing of stairs with heavy bags is a fundamental issue, small staircase that smelt like urine or sewage/mould. Poor lighting.
Room was extremely small and not suitable for two people with suitcases, and should not be advertised as a double. Breakfast was average, yet staff at breakfast was welcoming. Location whilst excellent, you can noise upto midnight. Bed was poor, not many good attributes. I would suggest because it’s ******* and not booked directly we got a poor room, which what I encountered when using ******* in other locations.

It’s in a small street and hidden with little signage so we walked up and down the street with our luggage before getting assistance from a shop owner. There were quite a few flights of stairs with no lift, so don’t recommend staying here if you have large suitcase or lot of luggage. Location to beach and center is good. Top bedroom although clean, smelt of mould particularly in the bathroom during my stay but staff were friendly and helpful.
Note: items are moved to the desk etc upon room cleaning, so don’t expect things to be where you left them.

Stanza appena sufficiente all interno di un palazzo del centro storico con sotto un ristorante ( con relativi odori quindi ) e strada molto frequentata ( pertanto molto rumoroso fino a tarda sera ). Le stanze sono molto piccole e calde. Colazione salata molto minimal , quella dolce nella norma . La stanza va lasciata presto il giorno della partenza ( entro le 10) e non c’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli . Cosa molto grave e’ che le aree comuni sono video sorvegliate e non c’è alcun cartello che indichi la presenza di telecamere . Non è stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta relativa al pagamento al c-in della tassa di soggiorno . Personale pulizie e prima colazione molto cortese .

I have to say this is my favorite place in Tropea to stay the owner and her family are the best . I would never change place to stay morning breakfast is light and good the view is to die for rooftop . walking around the center this Lorylu is paradise close to everything . For me nothing better then the Lorylu.

The Residenza Lorylu was outstanding. The property was so central to everything, very clean, and had a rooftop breakfast view that was gorgeous; but service surpassed that. Anything you need, just ask and they will try their best to accom.
