This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I was obviously here for a trip but ended up in the hospital. I was in an extremely bad mood! The hotel uses a hospital gate, which means you have to pass through the hospital when entering the hotel. This is really speechless and feels like you are staying in a hospital. And the facilities in the hotel room are like a hospital room, not like an ordinary hotel. Although the hotel includes breakfast, most of the people who come to eat are hospital patients, and it feels more like a hospital restaurant.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut und sauber. Die Betten sind etwas klein und generell ist das zimmer sehr spartanisch aber bietet alles was man braucht. Zimmerservice kommt nur jeden 2. Tag. Das Fruhstückangebot ist umfangreich. Die Busverbindungen zur Stadtmitte sind sehr gut.
Das Hotel ist prakitsch teil der UNN Krankenhaus was nicht von der Beschreibung sehr klar ist und wir haben nach dem Eingang zum Hotel gesucht bis wir gesehen haben dass wir eigentlich durch den Krankenhauseingang gehen müssen was etwas deprimierind war.

I was surprised to be so close to a hospital but because I am a doctor it was not strange to me ,everything seemed well organized ,the variety of the food was well planned and everybody very kindly ,...only the temperature was un barerable for me

Very clean and comfortable property. Location is a little out of the city centre however excellent bus connection to central Tromsø every 10 minutes. Access to hotel is through the University of Northern Norway Hospital. Overall enjoyed the 3 night stay.

Sov ei natt her i forbindelse med sykehusbesøk. God frokost, fine rom og god seng. Koselig område nede i resepsjon for avslapping. Buss stopper like utenfor noe som gjorde det lettvint å komme seg til og fra byen
