The hotel is in the center of Tromso which is easy to access all attractions in the city by walk. Good services for tea break and dinner, but food is so so.
Only bad thing was the parking needed reservation in advance and we had not been told before. So we had to park at the public parking and cost for parking per hour was incredibly expensive.
If you are city traveller, I do not recommend bringing car into Tromso or stay outside where there is free parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the sauna with a view was amazing. Breakfast and dinner are provided. They even saved us portions on the first night as we arrived just after the restaurant closed. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Very bad. The price in mid-March is too expensive, more than 7500 for three nights. The front desk service attitude is very poor, almost no smile. The included dinner is also very bad, there is nothing suitable for people to eat, and the breakfast is barely acceptable.

An endless amount of food is included, which contrary to popular word of mouth was quite tasty, rooms were adequate and warm. Located close to most northern McDonald’s and heart of city center.
