The hotel room is OK, the service is good, the room rate includes a simple dinner and a good breakfast. This is because the company has hotels in many places. I have stayed in their hotel in Svolvaer 8 times.

The hotel is very well located with the bus stop that takes you to the airport very close. We had breakfast included and the day we arrived they gave us some vouchers to have a free snack and dinner. a little snack of cold cuts and fruit.
There was a kettle and fridge in the room. and free coffee (nespresso) and tea 24 hours a day at reception. The employees were very friendly, especially a waitress who spoke Spanish in the dining room. The breakfast was very varied, with sweet and salty, hot and cold, different breads/toasts. Gluten-free and lactose-free drinks. There was also fruit and cereals.
The entire hotel in general was clean, and they lend you a complimentary umbrella if you need it during your stay. Maybe we were disappointed that when it came time to replace the clean towels in the room, they did not replace all of them.

Honestly I was very surprised at the degree of service, the cleanliness and the fact that they had actual washcloths. The service was fantastic and app-checkin was great. The linens were crisp and comfortable. Very good USB charging access as well as enough top-side electricity at the desk for working. Tea & Kettle, Decaf & Caf coffee and coffee maker were a nice touch. Wifi consistent enough for a Teams meeting and other business use. Kveldsmat was perfect. Thank you so much! (And thanks for turning on the aurora for me--amazing to watch that lounging on the bed ;) )
