Enter Viking Hotel

Trip.com and hotel front desk service are terrible! I can't believe it! What happened was that the Trip.com APP on my phone was broken, and I suddenly received a consumption text message in the evening saying that I would be charged HKD$1659.99! I opened the Trip.com APP and found that it had booked a room for me in this hotel for one night without my permission. I immediately called the hotel front desk to explain the situation. The staff member on the first call said that she was not at the computer and asked me to call back later. Five minutes later, the second call from the hotel lady said that this situation can be cancelled without charge. Then she agreed to the cancellation and asked me to enter the reason in the APP to apply for cancellation of this room. The result was two hours later! Trip.com's app allows you to cancel your room but will charge the full room rate! The responsibility is not on our side at all! I feel extremely helpless! The front desk staff at Entre Viking Hotel and the staff at Trip.com were so irresponsible that I lost money innocently! Will never use Trip.com again and trust this Entre Viking Hotel! I will also tell my family and all my friends about this unpleasant incident and ask them to never use Trip.com and never stay at the unreputable Entre Viking Hotel! ! ! !

Hygienic level is normal The hotel location is pretty good There will be a bus to the airport within a 4-minute walk It takes 6 minutes to walk to the world's northernmost McDonald's. (28/10/2024) Service is also very good Front desk staff smiling Free Waffle making materials were provided on the day we stayed. It's a pity that we were almost out of batter when we got back. The facilities are also normal The only thing that can be improved is the smell of the hotel room There will be a (moist?) smell

Very comfortable. The front desk staff is very chill, speaks slowly and is very personable.
