The location is close to the main street and the train station, but it is inconvenient to eat and transport around. The room facilities are outdated, you need to find a router at the front desk for the wireless network, the seats are also broken, and you can't make an appointment for whale watching. Hotel food is expensive and showers don't work well.

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my family would surely choose it again next time. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

They are cheating the customers. Not providing breakfast option. aftr booking room with breakfast option online. They deney breakfast at hotel but took money for breakfast also. Its fraud hotel cheating customers shame on villa Hotel owner & management

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the most incredible stay at Trincomalee Villa Hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed, offering comfort and a stunning view of the surroundings. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities truly impressed me. The impeccable service provided by the staff made my stay even more memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. And the food! Oh, the food was an absolute delight. From traditional dishes to international cuisine, every meal was a culinary masterpiece. This hotel truly knows how to create an unforgettable experience for their guests.
