Отдых испортила кража денег в номере во время уборки.Они просто украли все деньги.Обратившись к менеджеру отеля, нам ответили, что мы сами потеряли деньги и они не причем. Лили в уши, какие мы сами невнимательные и перекладываем ответственность на их персонал. Кстати, в тот же день еще у одних русских туристов тоже украли деньги. И менеджер ответил им то же самое. Не рекомендую этот отель из-за отношения к гостям!

We were welcome very friendly and staff at the reception were very helpful (Tuan) rooms were very clean plenty of space to move around and for our luggage. We also like to give our heartful thanks to Dewa and Gayan this two were very helpful and respectful they look after us. No problem in recommending to other guest.

JKAB Park is a fabulous experience in the beach Hotel. As well as morning & evening view of the beach is a fantastic experience. Even the service of staff are very good. Reasonable price. I recommended this hotel

The ambience, the fish in the pond outside the rooms - they are the best features for this hotel! The pool looks clean but we were there on a rainy day so couldn't use it. The food was great and customised to our need and they offered us the choice of dishes too cook the next morning. This place has so many plus points. The rooms look big in general with TV and AC. Rooms were generally neat and staff were friendly, good wifi signal. They did charge for coffee in the morning though we had a free breakfast in our booking! Would have been nicer if they told us ahead. Otherwise, a great place and the family loved staying here. We would love to stay here again!

It's a very comfortable stay and worth every penny we paid. I was bit hesitant to book this hotel seeing some reviews on *********** but finally decided to book given the fact that it has a swimming pool. We are really happy about the decision we made and below are the reasons. We arrived a bit early and Richard was kind enough to offer an early check in at no additional cost. It has a spacious swimming pool and they maintain it very well. The room is well cleaned and has a very comfortable bed. If you are traveling with a child, i would recomend a triple room.Hot water works really well and it's way ahead some of the 5 star hotels we stayed. AC works really well too. We needed WIFI and they provide us a router which is very fast. Their breakfast buffet is really good and has varieties too. Main thing is evey food is very tasty (Especially the chicken) and my wife still talks about them, tasty than some of the 5 star hotels in the area i would say. The staff is very helpful too. You can't expect the service level of a 5 star hotel from them. They normally do not come forward talk to you like in the 5 stars but when you need something, they do it efficiently. That is the service i expect from a hotel in this caliber. Finally, the manager (Richard) is very helpful too, and do not hesitate to go an extra mile when you need something. Having stayed in some of the similar hotels with very high ratings ( in the same area) this hotel is far better than them i would say. Its such a shame that this hotel has kinda low ratings on ***********. Everyone comes to this area should definitely try this hotel. We won't this twice to return. Keep up the good work guys.
