El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y cuenta con todas las comodidades.
Lo que no nos guató es que al reservar entre los servicios estaba indicado el servicio de guarda equipaje pero no es cierto. Contacté por correo electrónico con el alojamiento y nos dijeron que era un error y que no podian guardar nuestras maletas. Y nos dijeron que podiamos utilizar una app para guardar las maletas en otros comercios al precio de 5€ por equipaje, lo que suponia 15€ el dia de llegada y 15 el del check out. No nos parece una buena solición que por un error de ellos tengamos un sobrecoste de 30€.

It was a last minute trip for my family to Trieste. Fortunately and very gladful that I managed to book a room with Urbanauts. It was also one of the best choices I have made. It was so easy and convenient for the check-in process, and the location is very strategic where it is walkable to the main attractions. There is coop nearby as well for us to grab some snacks or drinks. The building itself is nicely furnished with a lift, our room toilet and kitchen are equipped with all the necessity that are very useful to us. I highly recommend this place to stay and will book with them again in the near future !

Very nice apartment, very clean and only 5 minutes from the harbor. Parking should definitely be booked.

Eravamo 3 colleghe a Trieste per un corso.
Abbiamo dormito 2 notti.
Comunicazioni ottime e self check in spiegato bene.
Bel palazzo centralissimo, circondato da locali.
Appartamento con 2 camere, letti comodi, bagno pulitissimo, cucina attrezzata e in frigo un omaggio (apprezzato) di 1 bottiglia acqua e 1 bottiglia vino locale.
Unico (piccolo) neo forse la mancanza di comodini vicino ai letti x appoggiare cellulare o libro e, nella camera singola, mancanza comoda di interruttore per spegnere la luce dal letto senza alzarsi.
Ma per il resto tutto ok.

Aparthotel muito bom !
Localização excelente ! Infraestrutura do apartamento muito boa ( cama, chuveiro, cozinha)
exceto o ar condicionado que tem temperatura mínima de 23° ( insuficiente para o calor no dia da hospedagem ) com o agravante de não ter funcionado no segundo dia da hospedagem .
O check in foi um pouco conturbado pois tem que ser feito tudo por e-mail , não há funcionários de plantão, e para quem está em trânsito nem sempre consegue abrir e-mail todos os dias .
