Good location - room with no view and opposite elevators - below my expectations and experience as an HH - desk was not able to accommodate for other room. Needed to ask for cleaning - somebody forgot pills in our room…

A magnificent hotel in an extraordinary late 19th-century building. Elegant rooms equipped with slippers, bathrobes, iron, ironing board, soap, shaving kit, safe, etc. My room also had a sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and two chairs. Everything was very elegant. There was also a wet bar with a Lavazza coffee machine and kettle, and of course, pods and tea. A convenient wardrobe and dressing area with space for suitcases. Top. Breakfast is served in the building's original and antique-decorated rooms, featuring mosaics, marble columns, and antique furnishings. If you arrive by car, you can park in front of the hotel and give them the keys. They will take your car to and from the hotel for €12, plus the €20 daily parking fee. Recommended. Bravo, Paris Hilton!

This is normal. I chose this place because I was attracted by the photos of the front desk. In fact, the best place to see is the front desk. The sanitation is good, the service is also very good, the front desk greets with a smile, and the waiters are quite proactive. Great location, the building is wonderful, very well maintained, lots of hair, large and well designed room with shower and tub present. Excellent quality linens and high comfortable mattress with topper present. Very attentive and friendly staff. A contemporary style prevails, where ancient and modern mix in a perfect union. I would gladly return.

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the city center and the grand canal. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is quite welcoming and helpful. Breakfast variety was not the best, and it would have been nice to have an indoor pool in the hotel, given that we visited in December, so it would have been hard to visit the beach (there are no public beaches in the main Trieste city anyway, we’d have to go to Barcola for that).
