We stayed in the one bedroom. Everything was clean. Bathroom was small but had every thing including a walk in shower. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the church bells ringing. Two restaurants were below us. The breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel was situated in the tourist area with lots of shops and eateries. It was 10 minutes walking to the port for the cruise ship. The train station was close by.

Location is great, five minute walk to the cruise terminal and a short walk to restaurants, stores, and many of the popular tourist attractions (e.g., gran canale, Piazza dell Unita d’Italia, San Giusto castle, etc). Staff was friendly & cordial. The room are a bit small but very clean and efficient. Overall The cost is a very good value. We would certainly stay here agsin

Soggiorno di lavoro Zero disponibilità da parte del Personale, che tra l’altro presenta assente comunque anche tra loro. Colazione mediocre, da supermercato Rapporto qualità prezzo fuori mercato. Costa come un albergo 4 stelle ma è praticamente un B&B.

Ero cliente frequente da anni, con soddisfazione. Purtroppo non sono una struttura vicina al cliente quando ci sono problemi, ma soltanto quando tutto fila liscio. Per un problema di lavoro ho dovuto disdire una notte già pagata tramite Booking (ovviamente telefonando con buon anticipo), ma nonostante mi avessero garantito (a voce) che avrei potuto recuperare l'importo con una prenotazione successiva, prima della nuova data mi hanno offerto uno "sconto" per una camera matrimoniale da pagare al prezzo di una singola. Pessimo servizio, avete perso un cliente per il prezzo di una notte. Per voi sono nulla, per un cliente è diverso.
