Bellissima location, ben insonorizzata nonostante si affacci sulla gardesana, sempre molto trafficata durante il giorno. Camera ben curata ed attrezzata, dotata di stupenda terrazza che si affaccia sul lago, con Jacuzzi di ottimo livello e lettini. Unico neo che abbassa il voto sulla qualità del sonno è stato il condizionatore, molto rumoroso e quindi fastidioso nelle ore notturne e che, nonostante l'avessi spento, dopo un po' si riaccende da solo. Così così il servizio di conciergerie che all'arrivo offre il servizio di parcheggio dell'auto, lasciando loro le chiavi, mentre alla partenza devi recarti a piedi presso il parcheggio non proprio vicino all'hotel. Il personale, invece, ineccepibile per cortesia e professionalità. Per correttezza devo aggiungere che, lamentandomi per la rumorosità del condizionatore, mi è stato regalato un buono sconto del 5% sul prossimo soggiorno.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in schöner Umgebung in einem hochwertig restauriertem Hotel. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und das Frühstück mit sensationellem Blick auf den Lago di Garda war klasse. Ich wünsche mir für die Zukunft lediglich, dass das Hotel das Kurzparken vor dem Hotel durchsetzt, damit sich auch protzige "Sportwagenfahrer" daran halten müssen. In den Zimmern sind zu wenige Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher, Sport- und Schwimmbekleidung.

We went for my birthday and they made a lovely arrangement for the bed, so that was a nice surprise upon entry. The view from the private terrace is what it's all about. Gorgeous. We were there on the night of the full moon and the lake view was as spectacular as the daylight view of Lake Garda. The room was very simple and not decorated, but the view speaks for itself. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The shower was hot and water pressure was great. Breakfast service was also very nice, and staff was friendly and helpful. My only slight remark and reason for giving 4 stars to the room instead of 5 is that the terrace is semi-shared. There is a short divider in the middle but ultimately our neighbors were right there Thankfully they didn't go out when we did, or that would have been slightly unpleasant and less romantic for sure.

The vistas from our room were incredible. Almost out of a movie. The rooms are modern and very clean. Beds comfortable. Located in Gardone Riviera right on the lake and a short taxi ride from local restaurants. The hotel has a great Spa, with an indoor pool, ice bath, steam room, etc. The gym is basic. The pier out to the freshwater lake is perfect for diving and swimming. The outdoor pool is warm with a fairly long kids slide. The hotel restaurants are excellent with Il Fagiano having one Michelin star. Morning buffet is very good with a wide range of options. This is an expensive hotel, but if you are OK with the price then the experience is excellent.
