Buona la posizione, ma prezzo alto per un tre stelle senza alcun servizio se non la colazione addebitata a parte anche se la prenotazione la comprendeva Personale disponibile e camere discrete con qualche inconveniente Parcheggio pagato a parte

Hotel boutique encantador.
Es un hotel boutique nuevo, muy bien ubicado para visitar Trapani y muy cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, etc.
Es muy agradable y acogedor, con grandes ideas de diseño y en el que se han cuidado todos los detalles para ser confortable (luz en el armario, espejo en la ventana...) Camas muy cómodas. El lavabo era muy amplio, con muchos amenenties. El personal es muy atento. No estuvimos desayunando en el hotel, hay opciones muy cerca mucho mas económicas.
Es muy difícil llegar en coche. Nosotros lo dejamos a unas calles y lo recogieron para llevarlo al pk. Recomiendo totalmente este hotel.

Hotel nel cuore di Trapani, a due passi dal mare, dal porto e dal centro città! Camere luminose e moderne, personale accogliente e disponibilissimo! Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli. Ottima colazione internazionale, ma arricchita anche con prodotti tipici. Ottima pulizia.

Posizione ideale, staff gentilissimo e colazione eccellente. Il tutto immerso nel fascino di Trapani, una città che si è rivelata una splendida scoperta. Peccato essere rimasti solo due giorni… ma il prossimo anno ci rifaremo! (Soggiornato il 28-29 luglio)

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Delusione con il servizio taxi prenotato dall’hotel L’hotel in sé è stato piacevole, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata rovinata dal servizio taxi prenotato tramite la portineria. La sera prima avevo chiesto un taxi privato alle 5:30 del mattino per l’aeroporto, ho pagato €55 direttamente in hotel (tariffa notturna), ma al momento del tragitto il tassista ha fatto una deviazione per prendere altri passeggeri. Quando ho fatto notare l’errore, mi è stato risposto con tono scortese che si trattava di un servizio condiviso, cosa che non mi era mai stata comunicata. All'andata, per lo stesso tragitto in taxi privato, avevo pagato solo €35. Non è una questione economica, ma non mi piace essere preso in giro: il tassista ha incassato anche il pagamento delle altre persone, quindi ha guadagnato il doppio. Questo comportamento non è stato trasparente né corretto. Consiglio all’hotel di essere più chiaro e professionale nella gestione di questi servizi extra.

We just loved this hotel. Perfect location, great service and a very charming building. Our room was big, beautiful and superclean. We even had a small french balcony with a nice view! Parking is chaotic in Tripani, but u can park outside and pay the hotel to arrange for a driver to come pick up the car. We will stay here again for sure!

Siamo stati benissimo, un tre stelle al di sopra delle aspettative, per certi dettagli meriterebbe di più. Eravamo 9 amici tutti soddisfatti. Comodissimo per l'imbarcadero per favignana. Molto gentili e collaborative le ragazze alla reception. Super consigliato.
