I must give a bad review. The attitude of the front desk staff is bad. I was told that there is no breakfast when I booked a sea view room with breakfast. The room I was given was a room facing the corner of the street. It was a very, very bad experience.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia. La camera grande, pulita, ma senza la possibilità di poter stendere i costumi bagnati. La testata del letto era tutta rovinata e sbiadita.Il vetro del box doccia non si chiudeva completamente e usciva tutta l'acqua. Colazione varia con prodotti buoni, peccato per il carente servizio: devi essere tu a dire al personale di liberarti un tavolo e pulirlo senza parlare della loro scortesia, sbuffare in faccia ai clienti e lamentarsi con la collega che i clienti "rompono" quando ti chiedono i bicchieri che mancano, infatti mancava sempre qualcosa. Tutto è molto lasciato al caso. L'ambiente della piscina è molto bello e curato. Il solarium con le sdraio è molto comodo, peccato la zona mare che essendo pubblica è molto sporca e piena di alghe. Una maggior attenzione al dettaglio farebbe sicuramente la differenza.

Hotel orribile,camera con vista mare ma senza un piccolo balcone,nn ci sono cassetti nella camera,bagno solo con soffione. Il telefono nn funziona,l ho fatto notare alla reception ma dicono sempre la stessa cosa,(funziona). Aria condizionata dopo alcuni GG di soggiorno nn funziona più. Colazione nn da 4 stelle ,sempre la stessa cosa.Ho chiesto di parlare con un direttore,ma nella struttura nn esiste ne dirigente,né direttore.Prezzi esagerati per i servizi che offrono.Mare impossibile fare il bagno,alghe e roccia scivolosa.Lo sconsiglio assolutamente.

Perched along the coast out of the main town, the hotel has an unprepossessing exterior but a quirky and welcoming interior dominated by giant bookcases which act as space dividers. The atmosphere is relaxed. The delightful terrace and dining room overlook the sea which is a matter of feet away. The decking seemed limited but it also looked as if they plan to extend it. Entering the sea at that point is tricky due to rocks and major indents (as we were told by a wild swimmer in our party) so it could do with facilitating easier access to the sea via decking extending outwards. Further aeround the bay and also towards Trapani the beach is sand. The pool is clean, well tended and lovely. Our room was neat and clean but with limited clothes storage (only one of us could unpack) although perfectly manageable for a three night stay. A few drawers might be a thought for longer stay guests. Our view from the room was of the main road and the back of some local houses but other rooms did have far more attractive views with several at ground floor level overlooking the sea. We ate at the hotel on two nights. The food choice was wide and the food delicious. Two courses and a shared tiramasu with two drinks and water came to around €90. The walk along the bay to the town of Trapani is about 20 minutes - but a shuttle bus starts up in June. All the staff were helpful and welcoming.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una breve vacanza di due notti e tre giorni. Avendo prenotato una camera vista mare con supplemento economico,al mio arrivo ho notato che il mare era solo un lontano miraggio. Prendo il telefono per comunicare alla reception e non funziona e scopro dopo che in tutto l’hotel era muto già da tempo. Quindi riprendo le valigie e scendo alla reception per chiedere il cambio della camera. Mi danno finalmente una camera vista mare, a piano terra ma ahimè con formiche in camera e con persone estranee non clienti dell’hotel che passeggiano nel mio balcone di fronte la mia camera. Personale dell’accoglienza davvero incompetente, non danno alcuna indicazione per visitare i dintorni e anche poco cortese. Ho appena visto le recensioni fatte da altri clienti ma mi accorgo che i proprietari di questa struttura non le leggono per niente e quindi reputano di non doversi migliorare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel sul mare,vista strepitosa, arredato con gusto,ma con materiali purtroppo non insonorizzanti,con relativi eccessi di rumori nelle stanze. Personale giovane e non esperto per consigliare l' ospite come muoversi per visitare i luoghi famosi intorno a trapani, è molto importante trovare al cliente e magari stampare degli orari dei luoghi e non viceversa.Nel complesso una buona esperienza, soprattutto per via dell' esposizione dell'hotel

Dieses Hotel haben wir nach Recherche über Tripadvisor gefunden. Leider war die Beschreibung für ein anderes Haus dass renoviert wird und der gleichen Gesellschaft gehört, Suche hat uns 20 min mehr Zeit gekostet. Das Hotel soll alt sein aber komplett renoviert. Stylisch, sauber, direkt am Meer viele Parkplätze (November kostenlos); weil wir unsere Hündnin dabei hatten, hatten wir nicht viel Möglichkeiten, sonst hätten wir gerne im Stdtzentrum gewohnt. Empfang sehr freundlich, Zimmer modern, nicht sehr groß aber es war alles da; Heizuing konnt man nicht abstellen, Es war nicht viel Verkehr am Lungomare sodaß wir das Fenster nachts öffneten. Später war die Hitze dann weg. Ansonsten war das Zimmer O.K. Frühstücksbüffet gut für ital. Verhältnisse, Frühstückservce recht freundlich. Im November kann man zwar noch ins Wasser, aber nicht hier, steiniger Strand aber unsere Hündin hatte ihren Spaß. 5 Min zum Großparkplatz vor der Altstadt.
