Eravamo già stati ospiti della struttura neò 2017 e l'abbiamo ritrovata in perfette condizioni, la pulizia impeccabile e posizione tranquilla in questo periodo, fuori dal centro come desideravamo. biancheria eccellente e completa. Tutto funzionante. Avevamo prenotato per due notti ma abbiamo prolungato di un giorno visto le tante cose da fare e vedere. Che dire, se capitiamo a Trapani ritorneremo.

Appartamento spazioso e ben organizzato. Posizione “strategica” per raggiungere in poco tempo spiagge e località nella costa occidentale. Ad un passo da Trapani e comunque in zona tranquilla. Un plauso ad Alessandro (gestore) che si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese in tutti i servizi offerti. Splendida terrazza solarium che permette di godersi un tramonto fantastico.

We booked a room through ***********, with 2 beds and receive apartments with 1 room and with 1 bed, after our questiions they bring us another small bed on wheels, like from hospital. Host didnt wanted to solve a problem, he just took cash without a receipt and told that it is not his problem. Pissed vacation. On booking said that room are 35meters and its lie, room isn”t 35 meters including toilet, max 20 - 25. Nothing says that in front there are hotel with loud disco and if You want a rest, so forgot about it. All night long You will listen loud disco music and closed windows don't help. If You want to rest just forgot about it. Dont recommend this hotel. All I want is to get money back and forgot this awfull place.

Total disappointment. To be avoided. The photos do not exactly match the room they will give you. We paid heavily for a room with a double bed and upon our arrival we find two single beds side by side and extremely uncomfortable for a couple. When asked to change beds we were told the property only has that type of bed and we were told we could leave to another property. We weren't offered even the slightest discount for the inconvenience. I would add that even in the estimate written by the manager of the structure a DOUBLE BED was specified and instead we found ourselves two single beds. Cleaning leaves something to be desired. Absent reception which can only be found from 9.30 to 13 and only on working days. The last day, the day of departure, was terrible: the electricity and water went out due to the rain and an alarm sounded in the corridor all night long. The electric gate to get out was locked. I called the manager who simply replied that he didn't know what to do. Then another elderly guy came out and they started yelling at us because we wanted to leave the building and we didn't know how to open the electric gate. Inconvenient location to reach the center and I port. No assistance was provided to us during our stay. To be avoided.
