the service was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we couldn't get to the hotel due to the street blocks all over the city. However, the hotel itself is somewhat worn and tiring. The bed feels cheap. The location is great and right by the beach though.

We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our bike tour of Sicily and it was absolutely great. The location is PERFECT, the rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast area overlooking the sea is amazing (inside and outside seating). They offered all the usual Sicilian treats of pastries, meats, cheeses as well as eggs and bacon for the Americans! The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The front desk staff and manager were absolutely amazing and so kind. I had an accident and they rushed to help me and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I would DEFINITELY recommend looking no further and staying at lovely La Gancia. Thank you La Gancia.

Probably one of the friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in. From our welcome by Andrea to our last cappuccino served by the wonderful staff at breakfast our 6 day stay was wonderful We had wonderful sunset views from the 4 th floor bar without the crowds . All in all a gem. Grazie Mille.

Central location in Trapani, location can’t be beat. Right on the Mediterranean. Good size room and comfortable. Minor point but upgrade of pillows would be good. Good recommendation on parking was provided in advance and trust me you don’t want to drive in Trapani. Provided breakfast was quite good with 😋 cappuccinos.

We loved our stay at La Gancia. The minute you walk through the door you’re treated like royalty. Andrea and one of his colleagues a lady was exceptionally helpful and friendly during our stay. The room was spacious and you have a massive balcony overlooking the sea. We loved the outdoor terrace. The room also had a microwave, small fridge and lots of cutlery. Breakfast each day was excellent with a mix of pastries, yogurt, cereal and eggs, bacon and mushrooms. The staff at breakfast also lovely and always remembered my coffee order. Everything is walkable from this hotel. Would definitely stay again and I’ve recommended Trapani and La Gancia to a few friends since our visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Un rapport qualité prix moyen, lorsque on paie 240 euros la chambre, on s attend à un sans faute....alors oui, la chambre avec terrasse a une vue magnifique mais l entretien est limite... le mobilier de la chambre est vetuste, l hygiène de la salle de bain à revoir...le petit déjeuner est bon et pris sur une belle terrasse Pas de parking mais une situation parfaite à trapani

Great location for swimming, walks, restaurants and the historic centre The staff was exceptionally outstanding and helpful in all our queries. Breakfast was great and offered with a great seaview. Having a shower to refresh, after checkout and late travel, was a true blessing. Never found it in any hotel; all should have this facility. THANK YOU ALL!
