Unfortunately, I never made it to the property due to an issue with my car.
The room was booked in advance, but when I contacted the host asking to move my reservation to the next day, they refused.
I also couldn’t cancel or get a refund, so I ended up losing over €100 for nothing.
It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the circumstances were beyond my control.

A pochi minuti a piedi dal porto /quindi traghetti vs le Egadi/, dal Centro /Isola Pedonale, e da Piazza Garibaldi, /o Peppino come vien chiamato a Trapani si trova questo splendido residence. Receptionist veloci e disponibili. Camere ampie, bagno Spaziono, Abbastanza silenzioso e letto sicuramente adatto a persone che come me sono alte. Per la colazione si affidano ad un Hotel consociato per la cifra di € 8 a persona. Sconsiglio vivamente questo servizio che non è come da foto. Infatti dopo il primo giorno abbiamo deciso di non usufruire più di questo servizio e il residence ci ha rimborsato il servizio che avevamo già pagato. A pochi metri dall'Hotel c'è Vito il fruttivendolo e un bar pasticceria super attrezzato. Ma devo dire che il centro storico di Trapani mi ha sorpreso positivamente. Qualità prezzo OK. Servizio Colazione da rivedere, fa perdere punti!!!!!!!!!

Quattro notti in questo residence. Molto confortevole, una grande e moderna camera con angolo cottura, cabina armadio e un balconcino in un palazzo antico. Comodo da raggiungere a piedi dal porto e vicino alle vie più importanti della città. Ben organizzato il servizio di accoglienza e il supporto per il cliente. Se ci fosse l'aiuto per salire al primo piano sarebbe perfetto, ma forse basta chiedere . ..

Pros: Beautiful hotel on a quiet street. The room was very spacious. Staff was helpful. The location was amazing, close to restaurants, the port (for boat rides) and a quick drive to San Giovanni beach club. Public beaches, walking distance. Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and so were the pillows. The wifi also didn’t work in parts of the room. Tips: Bring bug stray as a couple of mosquitoes were able to slip into the room on our way back to dinner given the outside of the room is the outdoors. Also, make sure you are organized with your timing as the hotel reception (for check in) is closed between 12-4 in the afternoon. You need to also call for your car (or call that you are coming to drop off you car) 30 minutes before.

Very central location, very professional, helpful staff, spacious rooms, the only flaw is the room on the ground floor which had a persistent musty smell inside the room so it was necessary to leave the windows and air conditioning open.

Beautiful building in a perfect location in the heart of Trapani. Great value, great location for bars and restaurants. The little cafe just down the street made fresh food and lovely coffee. The staff were so friendly and helped with booking trips to the islands from the port which is a few minutes walk away. They also recommended restaurants to eat, how to get to the beach and the cable car to Erice all within easy reach. The staff also organised our transfer to the airport. Great service would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you! 😊

Loved our apartment it was quite and clean, right in the middle of Trapani old town. Well appointed with a generous comfy bed, a floor to ceiling window, billowing curtains and an outdoor veranda. A delightful respite from our daily exploration.
