Hello, I'm Roger and my wife is Michelle. We both welcome you to our cozy little home away from home. Our house is a 2-story house with all bedrooms and full baths on the second floor. It is located approximately 3 miles from shopping at the lovely downtown Brevard. You can drive or for the cycling enthusiasts, the bike path to town is about a 1/4 mile from the house. This features a nice little stroll through places not viewable from the main highways also on the bike path, where you can access the Pisgah national forest. The Forest is a short ride, and on this ride, you'll pass by ECUSTA BREWERY one of our many local breweries with local made beer and delicious food. We are also located within 1 mile of the entrance to Camp Carolina. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry area, cozy back yard with a flowing stream and fire pit area to enjoy the sounds of the water trickling over the rocks for an evening of relaxation!! For all bike enthusiasts we also have shed in the rear of the house with a sidewalk leading to it to lock up your bikes. Also, for the convenience of our guests, we have chosen to keep the rental rate at 1 price 7 days a week!!! No need to book your stay based on price changes for weekends and holidays. Both the front porch and the back patio are fully fenced so you can safely let your children and pets play while you use the large gas grill. Store your bikes in the locking outside shed. The dining room table seats six, and there is an adjacent bar that seats two for dining. The open floor plan provides plenty of room to relax and unwind and allows for uninterrupted conversation from the kitchen to the living room. There is an office nook with chair for use.The house has a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The kitchen is well stocked with ample cookware, dishes, and glasses for cooking a delicious meal at home. There is a hand mixer, a waffle maker, a blender, and a crockpot. The gas grill is on the lower level in the basement and available to use. Ride right from the house to Bracken Mountain in 5 min! Ride to Pisgah forest and breweries on the Greenway right from the house! What? Yes, that is what we said.Walk a few blocks to the Lumberyard district which includes a brewery, restaurants and our favorite bike shop.The front porch is perfect for your morning coffee and evening beverages. The kitchen is set with all the things you need including Alexa, there is WI-FI, smart TVs(Netflix, Youtube TV and Amazon Prime) and a washer and dryer. Perfect storage for mountain bikes and gear and a bike wash station.Need a little separation? Kids or mom and dad driving you nuts? That’s ok, we designed the house with this in mind. Downstairs is newly renovated with great area for watching TV and movies and a bedroom and full bath.Please note we do have external security cameras(outside) to assist with check in if needed and secure our home if we are not there. We deactivate during your stay. This home is great, the patio wonderful to enjoy. However, it is not a place to host a big party.
