Lovely older home 4 blocks from town recently renovated. Three bedrooms, master with private bath and sliding glass doors to a large deck and hot tub for 8 people.Bedroom #2 has a 3/4 full size bed and a twin, bedroom #3 has a pair of twin beds.All bedding is new Jameson Marriott five star mattresses. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tile bath. The den has a full size fold out sofa bed for overflow, or kids that want to stay up late and watch a movie on Netflix or from our video library. Hello, I'm Roger and my wife is Michelle. We both welcome you to our cozy little home away from home. Our house is a 2-story house with all bedrooms and full baths on the second floor. It is located approximately 3 miles from shopping at the lovely downtown Brevard. You can drive or for the cycling enthusiasts, the bike path to town is about a 1/4 mile from the house. This features a nice little stroll through places not viewable from the main highways also on the bike path, where you can access the Pisgah national forest. The Forest is a short ride, and on this ride, you'll pass by ECUSTA BREWERY one of our many local breweries with local made beer and delicious food. We are also located within 1 mile of the entrance to Camp Carolina. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry area, cozy back yard with a flowing stream and fire pit area to enjoy the sounds of the water trickling over the rocks for an evening of relaxation!! For all bike enthusiasts we also have shed in the rear of the house with a sidewalk leading to it to lock up your bikes. Also, for the convenience of our guests, we have chosen to keep the rental rate at 1 price 7 days a week!!! No need to book your stay based on price changes for weekends and holidays. Ample seating to dine al fresco on the back flagstone patio. Inside the home is full of color and happiness. New granite countertops and a sunny, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. This is a 2-story home (1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen & 1 king upstairs) with bamboo floors and tile in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Full laundry facilities with a new Maytag washer and dryer. The home also has a water filtration system with filtered water at the kitchen sink. Plush Biltmore towels and clean linens will be provided for you. Upstairs, there is a bonus kids playroom that has a twin bed in a nook. We do have a pack and play available upon request. Away from the noise of the main highway, but within walking distance of downtown (1/2 mile) and so many delicious restaurants, breweries and cool shops. Then you can come back to "your home away from home" and relax. There is a garage attached to the house for you to use during your stay. There is so much to do in Brevard and the surrounding area! The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, and an oversized butcher block island with stools creates an excellent center gathering place. There is a full dining table that seats 6. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have king beds. All are furnished and have full closets. 2 Luxurious bathrooms, one with a large tile and glass door shower and the other with a tub and shower combination.This PET-FRIENDLY home is a DOG HEAVEN! The whole lot is fenced, so you can bring your furry friends, who will have plenty of outside room to explore. We even have a spare dog bed and bowls just in case you don't bring your own!
