We stayed here with my family for a trip. It met my important criteria as a doctor. (Cleanliness, hygiene, etc.) What caught my attention the most was that the hotel's employees were very attentive. Thank you. They went out of their way to ensure that they were satisfied. It was also an advantage that it was a family hotel. You could stay with your family safely. It is accommodating. The breakfast was adequate and good.

The hotel is nice, the people are friendly, the staff are nice, but the hotel beds were not bad, the room services are good, there is room service every minute. Not bad guys rent it

Nice staff but horrible old and smelly rooms
The staff was very nice . Yousef at the front was amazing and so sweet and helpful with all bags. Ibrahim in the bar /Hooka are was amazing ! It’s sad that the hotel is so old and outdated. The full beds are not like twin beds , the rooms have a weird smell and it’s moldy like. Bathrooms are from the 90’s. Breakfast was very poor as well . The hotel must be at least 50 years old !

Мы проживали в Aksular Hotel 4* в Трабзоне 4 ночи. В целом отель произвёл положительное впечатление: отличное расположение рядом с морем и недалеко от центра, приветливый персонал, особенно на ресепшене. Номер был чистым и просторным, с удобной кроватью, но мебель уже немного старая, и шумоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего. Завтраки нас не впечатлили. Каждый день одно и то же: стандартный турецкий завтрак с минимумом выбора — яйца, сыр, хлеб, маслины, варенье и немного овощей. Никакого горячего разнообразия, всё довольно скромно. Если завтрак для вас важен, лучше быть к этому готовым или питаться вне отеля. В остальном — достойный вариант для короткого отдыха, особенно если основное внимание уделяете экскурсиям, а не проведению времени в отеле.
