This is a disgraceful hotel. We came with our family and the rooms were small and not clean. We asked for a duvet because we were cold at night and they said they wouldn't provide one. We then asked to turn on the air conditioning and they didn't. The service is truly zero. We won't be coming back. The location isn't very good either.

Not so pleasant despite the friendly populace.
Management jacked up prices due to public holiday and declined to accept booking if extension of stay made online at lower rates. Not helpful with booking taxi.
Some rooms face the highway and are noisy.
