It was a wonderful stay in every aspect. Top class services and the hotel team are outstanding. Comfortable accommodation, super clean, very tasty food, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the desert with great service. Organized excursions Through the hostel it was fancy with the staff of Mr. Shazly and Mr. Nabil as the tour guide. And a wonderful experience in the hotel HAMMAM with a very relaxing massage. It was really a great experience that we will never forget me and my wife. And sure will come back agin and again in the future. Thanks for all of anantara sahara tozeur team.

service dès le premier contact avec le premier employé, les portiers et la sécurité, la réception, l’équipe du petit déjeuner, le spa jusqu’à l’arrivée à la Chambre, ils sont à l’écoute avec un sourire sincère et toujours disponible pour vous trouvez une solution. Une superbe étoile concernant l’approche écologique; recyclage des déchets et le magnifique Jardin bio, où on y trouve même quelques animaux de la ferme. Un grand merci à l’équipe du cuisines chef badi,chef jamel une expérience inoubliable. Un grand merci chef service pour son accueil et son professionnalisme, elle ne manquait aucun client. Hâte de revenir avec ma famille, vous êtes sur le bon chemin.

Beautiful safe clean resort
Beautiful luxury resort. The hammam ritual was wonderful. Security is good as well. Service was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, beautiful, large and well appointed. I enjoyed my meal at Saraba though it was pricey, but for a buffet with many excellent options and grilled lamb chops, steak or merguez. Other nights we went into Tozeur to eat. Although more disconnected from local culture than our other hotel stays in Tunisia, it was a bit of a respite from our travels, as a woman, to be able to relax a bit in our attire as well and enjoy Western facilities in a resort.

Une très belle expérience ! J’ai passé un magnifique week-end dans cet endroit magique qui berce la beauté du Sahara avec un luxe hors norme. Un service hors du commun, assuré par un personnel exceptionnel qui veille à chaque détail pour rendre votre séjour des plus agréables. N’oublions pas le fameux spa, avec une équipe exceptionnelle et très professionnelle, grâce à laquelle nous avons passé un moment magique. Je garde le meilleur pour la fin : Mohamed Hacheni, une personne remarquable, au professionnalisme irréprochable et aux manières douces, maîtrisant son métier jusqu’au bout des doigts. Un grand bravo à toute cette magnifique famille ! Oui, Anantara Tozeur, c’est une équipe en or qui n’a qu’un seul souci : le bien-être de ses clients.
