Tozeur is a city in the Gobi Desert. Outside the hotel is a yellow area, and the green ones are coconut trees. You can imagine the environment. We booked 4 twin-bed rooms, but were given a three-bed room. 7 people checked in, and paid city tax for 12 people. Isn't it a bit too much? Because it is a 3-bed room, not a standard room with an extra bed, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the bath towels are old, the furniture is simple, there are no slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, or mineral water, and the wireless network in the room is a bit slow. The room has a balcony, but it is difficult to sit there, but there are tourists soaking in the outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast is OK, but there is no fried egg.

At first the management said that they will refund for the cancelled accomodation when I phoned them few days before. However they never did and took my money. Remember that the place is in a middle of no where. About 7 hours from tunis.

The WiFi is so slow that it's almost non-existent, the service attitude is very poor, and it's very troublesome to move luggage without an elevator.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool. The environment is good and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town. There are many people watching football in the lobby bar of the hotel at night, and the atmosphere is very good.

Stay away.
Not the best , they refused to provide an empty glass in the restaurant as i had my own bottle of waters , forcing customer to buy water in the hotel.. dirt and dust everywhere.. definitely won't be back.
