It's comfortable location. Close to train station. I only didn't like that manager was difficult to find in time of my arrival which wasn't at late period. I was knocking at a door for several minutes until she arrived by a car luckily for me.

Everything is great! Staffs are very helpful, they even sent an informative email before my arrival, regarding how to locate the place and to facilitate check in. Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away.

The room was clean and comfortable, located on La spezia train station but no elevator. The caretaker, Mr. Paolo, helped us carry our luggage up to the room and took good care of us.

Took me 15-20 minutes to find the guest house. It’s NOT at the train station. You need to walk 5 mins with your heavy luggage and carry it to the first floor. The room is very small but overall clean.

Great hotel location and friendly staff! I reached earlier than my expected time and the lady rushed over to open the door for me. And she was nice enough to help carry my friend's luggage up the stairs as she had injured wrist. She shared all the information about the villages and breakfast choices with me. Breakfast was a voucher that can be used at the cafe downstairs. The room was clean and spacious, with adequate amenities. The location is unbeatable. Even tho it is above the railway, you can barely hear any noise. Heading to the villages was easy from the accomodation.

It's actually a B&B, just above the train station. It's super convenient to enter Cinque Terre. The location map was sent to me before check-in, which made it easy to find. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. We had to put 3 large luggages on the table to check in on the first floor. The room was clean and managed. When checking in, she explained everything that tourists want to know clearly, such as how to play, where to have fun, how to take the train to and from the Cinque Terre, etc. In particular, she gave me a Cinque Terre train timetable, which is really awesome. It allows you not to wait for a long time or miss it when changing trains between villages. Although you can check the timetable yourself in the train station, it is not as convenient as having a table in hand.
