Towson Hotels with Gym

This hotel has potential to be wonderful if they make a couple of upgrades starting with a upgrade to the building it looks old,new wood fixtures around the jacuzzi.New lamps with the USB ports on them to charge phones and tablets.new pillows and four of them instead of three. That’s all I can think of at the moment

Breakfast has been booked but no breakfast, poor service

Second time staying here and got a different style room: thankfully this one didn’t have a weird scent, but I did miss the warm lighting on top of the bed frame that the last one had :( The rooms use bright white LEDs… which is fine! Just not the preference for my eyeballs. The TV in this room actually worked correctly though! Warm buffet breakfast is nice! Staff was friendly as well!

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I have to shout out the valet service. Corey and Eric were especially helpful and professional. They seamlessly navigated a congested roadway to ensure that we were able to get out safely and our car was safe as well. This team is top notch and we appreciate them.
