盲盒房型，給我的房間還挺大。酒店清晨開始每個整點有車送到溪流沿線，如果懶得徒步，其實可以不徒步。自助餐品種還比較多。露天温泉可以看到溪流。遺憾就是酒店周邊沒啥玩的，衹有一個奧入瀨溪流科普館。酒店內可以預約其他的活動，都得花錢。綜合來看這個價格實在有點太貴。

這家酒店，實在是有太多需要點評的。
1、酒店環境和早晚餐都是不錯的。下午三點多開始的大堂免費蘋果汁，坐在大堂喝起來很愜意。
2、難點在奧入瀨溪流的安排，雖然酒店巴士、敞篷巴士、租自行車等，有多種選擇，但不仔細做功課，還是很難決定的。大多數的客人，都是坐酒店整點班車到石户下車，開始步行，再算好時間，坐酒店班車回來。
3、石户可以租自行車和電動車（就是自行車有助力），要去之子口方向，完全不建議租自行車，上坡體力消耗太大。
4、JR巴士的終點休屋，看看十和田湖，還是值得一去的，比之子口的視野要好很多。

硬件一般，服務很好，有個前台接待高山小姐人客氣很甜美，儘量滿足了我的要求，感謝。整個酒店依拖奧入瀨溪流，景美，自然景觀一流，值得一家老小去放鬆。

很棒的環境，去的時候是夏天，如果冬天來應該風景會更優，房間大、廁所大，有室外的泡湯池，整體給人放鬆舒適的感覺

房間不算太大，但也夠寬敞，服務態度很好，幫叫Taxi，幫找電子秤，唯一留有遺憾的是連續的自助餐，加上前面2天青森屋也是自助餐，等於吃了4天的自助

星野的服務是一流的，衞生舒適，酒店的設計和景觀極佳，讓人身心非常放鬆，各種活動非常豐富，蘋果餐廳也極具特色，特別適合親子旅行。景區中能有這樣隱世的酒店，省去舟車勞頓，真的是太棒了！

2700一晚上有早飯和晚飯 其實不算特別貴
交通可以坐jr巴士和酒店巴士 研究一下並不是很難的
活動大部分適配住兩天的客人
歡迎飲料有時間限制 痛失一個億
特產店東西比較貴還不退税 但是有蘋果蠟燭在afactory沒買到這裡是有的
服務態度好 台灣人比較多
喜歡室外泡 早晚都去
夏天的青森也很美
大堂驚人的漂亮
