這家酒店是那麼多年在日本服務最差的！
交通差，吃得差（自助餐品種少的可憐），房間給你一壺自來水，從入住到退房連客人請他們幫忙送一下行李到他們的大巴上也不行（帶着二個小孩）
最搞笑買了二萬多日元20小盒的伴手禮，拚命塞進一個紙袋裡，和我説其他送人的要多少個袋子都是另外付費買，管理層要壓榨到什麼程度才會有這種要求？全日本找不到第二家。
唯一感受到的服務是自己付費去做的spa

盲盒房型，給我的房間還挺大。酒店清晨開始每個整點有車送到溪流沿線，如果懶得徒步，其實可以不徒步。自助餐品種還比較多。露天温泉可以看到溪流。遺憾就是酒店周邊沒啥玩的，衹有一個奧入瀨溪流科普館。酒店內可以預約其他的活動，都得花錢。綜合來看這個價格實在有點太貴。

這家酒店，實在是有太多需要點評的。
1、酒店環境和早晚餐都是不錯的。下午三點多開始的大堂免費蘋果汁，坐在大堂喝起來很愜意。
2、難點在奧入瀨溪流的安排，雖然酒店巴士、敞篷巴士、租自行車等，有多種選擇，但不仔細做功課，還是很難決定的。大多數的客人，都是坐酒店整點班車到石户下車，開始步行，再算好時間，坐酒店班車回來。
3、石户可以租自行車和電動車（就是自行車有助力），要去之子口方向，完全不建議租自行車，上坡體力消耗太大。
4、JR巴士的終點休屋，看看十和田湖，還是值得一去的，比之子口的視野要好很多。

硬件一般，服務很好，有個前台接待高山小姐人客氣很甜美，儘量滿足了我的要求，感謝。整個酒店依拖奧入瀨溪流，景美，自然景觀一流，值得一家老小去放鬆。

房間不算太大，但也夠寬敞，服務態度很好，幫叫Taxi，幫找電子秤，唯一留有遺憾的是連續的自助餐，加上前面2天青森屋也是自助餐，等於吃了4天的自助
