Disappointing stay in a beautiful hotel
The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. However A/C was not working. We addressed it with the front desk after our 1st night and they reassured us it would be fixed and setting adjusted so we could control it with a thermostat in our room. When we came to our room the 2nd evening the room was cool. But shortly after the air condition tuned off and the temperature rose to 25.6 degrees Celsius / 80F.
We tried ti reach out to the front desk but were unable to, because the front desk is unstaffed from 11pm till 7am.
Five star hotel should have functioning climate control and staff available to assist at all times

The hotel location is excellent, close to all important attractions. Nearby are some great restaurants and bars, in a quiet neighborhood or you can be in 5 minutes in the busy area of the city. Rooms, courtyards and restaurant of the hotel are great. Good quality drinks in the nice Orangery! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, ready to assist you immediately. All in all, a 5 star experience.

Very nice property with large, clean and luxurious rooms. Staff was attentive and helpful. Large luxury bathroom in our swuite and very comfortable bed.

Arrived and was greeted professionally and quickly. Room was exceptional and so was service. Modern, high quality furnishings. Comfortable bed. Room was located facing a street and there was no noise to speak of. Absolutely perfection from start to finish. Many food options within minutes. Close to Tours Central Station. Parking area across the street. Would highly recommend this Hotel.
