We like it here, the facilities and services are good. Except that the air conditioner was not cleaned and it was not good for health, the coffee cup was broken, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room (I don't know if it was a smoking room), the rest of the place was very good, clean, and had everything you need. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from Tours train station and is easy to find. The hotel front desk is closed from 12:00 to 3:00 pm, supposedly due to lack of staff. As an apartment hotel, the facilities are fully equipped, including induction cooker, microwave, and tableware. Breakfast is 12 euros per person, with few varieties, a bit not worth it. It is recommended to eat at McDonald's next to the train station. Free parking is available on the roadside (if you are lucky and there is an empty parking space). Tours Cathedral is very nice, less than 20 minutes walk away.

Cependant, quelques petites choses négatives sont à noter, notamment la propreté de la vaisselle et de la bouilloire, ainsi que celle de la salle de bain : il restait du dentifrice sur le bas du placard, et un chewing-gum était collé sur la rambarde de la terrasse.
