Hello, I booked a room at the Hotel L'Univers for Valentine's Day. I came with my wife and then we made a reservation at the restaurant for a special Valentine's Day menu. We were asked to arrive before 9:30 p.m., which we did to get the menu that was intended for us, except that we arrived well before to be sure of having the special Valentine's Day menu. We arrived at 8:45 p.m. and we were told that it was too late and that there was no longer enough for everyone, so I am very disappointed. I express my disappointment. I say that I made the reservation a week in advance and that I was promised that we were entitled to a special Valentine's Day menu. After expressing our dissatisfaction several times, we were offered to make the menu that had been agreed but with a limited quantity. It is really a shame for such an establishment because the place is magnificent. The hotel with swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam is wonderful but the catering is not up to the author of the establishment. Very disappointed. We reported the incident to the reception on the day of our departure and we were deducted €40 from the price of the special Valentine's Day menu but we would have preferred to pay the agreed price and be served correctly as agreed so it's a shame for such an establishment

On est très satisfait du séjour, c’est un peu plus cher que d’autres établissements mais ça vaut vraiment le coup, l’hôtel est magnifique, la chambre est vraiment grande et le lit très confortable, de plus l’accès illimité au spa et piscine est un vrai régal ! Je recommande fortement, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Chambre avec toile d’araignée joints de la douche moisi lit (King size ) deux lits de 90 l’un contre l’autre aucun sur matelas l’eau de la piscine grasse ancien filtration de celle-ci spa en panne une honte ! Bien sure aucun responsable sur place ! Et quand vous faites une réclamation derrière on vous propose 100€ alors que je leur en ai laissé pour 600€ (deux chambres) on a passé une bien meilleur nuit à l’ibis 100€ la nuit par chambre trois fois moins chère et trois fois mieux où est l’erreur ?

This hotel is in an excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from the train station as well as from all the restaurants and shopping that you could want. Our rooms was very nice, clean, and well furnished.

this hotel is in a fab location, plenty of bars & restaurants only a few hundred yards away. . we appreciated the safe parking ( albeit at extra cost )& staff were kind enough to allow us to spend time in the city , leaving our car in garage, after checkout. staff we met were smiley & friendly . public rooms are very well kept . we didn’t book for breakfast or dinner but breakfast room looked busy & a wedding reception was being held as we were leaving. our room was large, clean, comfy beds , good shower but decor is tired as are the corridors & carpets on corridors desperately need replaced….a trip hazard . Tours is a lovely city & Hotel L’Univers is a great place to stay, just needs a little bit of TLC.

First of all this is a nice hotel . Second the hotel has great lobby . Third there is also a nice swimming pool . Fourth the hotel is in a very good location. Fifth it’s has a good restaurant. Sixth the rooms are nice . Lastly, the people who work here are very nice .
