We really liked the hotel. Large spacious room, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional.
Our windows faced the street, but there was no noise. The hotel is located about 35 minutes walk from the station, which is not close, but can be reached by bus.
We'll definitely come back again!

No service, basically self-service. There is no need to worry about hygiene and comfort. It's because it's a bit like the apartment-style accommodation in large units in China. It feels like there is only a dormitory manager in the whole building. Every door is locked and there is no sound at all, so the sense of security is a bit lacking. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to describe it as having no worldly air. There is a kitchen in the room, but it is difficult to buy food. Without a car, you can't go too far to buy food. The road was full of cars and few pedestrians, and there was not much of a bustling atmosphere. My mother and I traveled on our own, and his father did not go, so we felt insecure. Actually, there were no accidents. We went to see the Airbus headquarters museum. Anyway, there is no atmosphere of fireworks. It is very close to Airbus headquarters. Taxi 12 euros. 20 minutes walk. The locals should live a relatively closed life, and are very self-centered and uncivilized in ideology. They are the kind of people who have never seen a bigger or better world, and think that owning the Airbus headquarters means they own the whole world, and they are the only ones who are superior to others. So when dealing with them, you must be very polite and have high standards of manners, otherwise you will be misunderstood. Haha, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. It's no big deal.

Stayed for a few days on a business trip. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The window sound insulation is very good. Linhe, the scenery outside the window is also very good. The breakfast was full and the waiter was very nice. A little suggestion, I can stand in the bathtub shower, the bathtub is a bit slippery, not very safe.

So, knowing that I am generally satisfied with my stay and that I recommend the structure, I have even to sign positive and negative points.
- the structure is clean and also the rooms except for the kitchen (it was dirty in the plate of the covers)
- breakfast is not bad but at the level of the ”salted” there was not much
- The staff was kind and available but it did not give any information from their initiative (for example, ask if you wanted a card, if you needed something for the room like a paraplus bed, since they saw me with a baby... .No proposal!)
It's the biggest negative point...for example, no one tells you that the room would not be cleaned by anyone (though the flyer posed in the sdb that explains to put the wallpapers in the shower if you want clean wallpapers...we did it and in the end de jour on les achevé toujours dans la douche....grosse déception et colère vu le prix correspondant à un prix d'hôtel...)
The cost of parking is €8 per night and breakfast is €12
The bed is comfortable and the common spaces are very nice.
Don't forget free Wi-Fi and that works very well.
If not the hotel is nice, recent and despite all I think to return and I pe conseil.

The room was soundproofed, although it was a house facing the street, and the outside sound was basically not heard after closing the window. Breakfast is OK, there is freshly squeezed orange juice. There is no small refrigerator in the room, but the hotel let us put the things we bought in the refrigerator in their kitchen, which was very intimate. The staff is kind and courteous.
There is no hot water in the room.

The room is generally OK. But it is completely inconsistent with the picture at the time of booking, and there is no swimming pool mentioned in the introduction. I am too lazy to talk to Trip.com , most of them are fruitless. I stayed for one night in the middle of the trip and didn't want to affect my mood!

GGuest UserThe kid at reception when we arrived was very kind. We could not warn that we were going with a baby, and he got us the cuna at the moment. The studio was like in the photos. No great luxury, but with everything needed. The hotel is located in the hotel's parking area, just 5 minutes from Capitole. The hotel has a supermarket right next to the hotel to get the necessary food.

MMaiaThis was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city.
