Golden Bahía de Tossa & Spa .

We were couple on vocation. The hotel is absolutely perfect, clean, with friendly stuff, almost fantastic breakfast. So we are absolutely satisfied with our choice.

Honestly, we never return to the same hotel, and we have already booked to come back. The pools, the room, the animation team, the restaurant team, bar staff, reception- everyone is fantastic. I had contact in advance with the hotel many times before our stay as we are travelling with a lot of medical equipment. They were so keen to help and nothing was too much bother. I felt really reassured before we even got there- and that’s a big relief. The hotel is incredibly clean and well looked after- the only slight issue being the green slide in the pirate pool is physically growing thick green slime on the sides where it joins together, and obviously isn’t cleaned. The cleaners are phenomenal and we had no issues. We upgraded to a family room and they are great. The extra space was totally worth it for us. The animation team were amazing with my daughter, who had never been to a kids club before and has multiple allergies. They were so good with her- particularly Alicia who needs recognition for how happy she made her feel, and how she interacted with her even when just passing her. The restaurant team are amazing. We needed a lot of space and it was no issue at all, we were always seated where it was accessible for us. There are a lot of really good staff, some even remembered our daughters drink order and would bring it straight over to her. The reception team were helpful and were keen to let us know that they would help bring our luggage down when we checked out, as we have a lot of it. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel. It would be improved by having a weekly planner of activities so you can plan when you want to be there and if you wanted to go out. It is so hard to remember and wait to check every day, sometimes leading to missed opportunities as you had already planned something on a day you wanted to join in. I’d also have appreciated a little more information in the room or on a board as we had no idea there was a market locally. Thank you again for a great stay.
