Family hotel.
Friendly staff.
The rooms are very good, with balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom was renovated.
The soundproofing with the room above, however, is not great. We could hear talking and the sound of chairs on the floor.
TV with 3 (news) channels in French.
The swimming pool is good.
The breakfast is OK even if most of the products are industrial (croissants, orange juice, etc.).
On the negative side, two things:
In 6 days, we were not able to connect to the hotel wifi once, whether in the room, at the reception, at the swimming pool or elsewhere.
Finally, I did not appreciate that a woman bathed in a burkini in the swimming pool, a burkini which she then wore in the breakfast room and in town.
In terms of hygiene, it's just not possible.
I don't understand why the hotel accepts this.

Hotel is very basic but the room was clean and somewhere to lay your head given what we paid we wasn’t expecting 5 stars, rooms were fairly small & I would advise to take my an extension cable as only 1 socket in the bathroom and 1 where the telly is. Some public areas in the hotel were dirty I.e the stairs needed a good hoover. We opted for all inclusive but wouldn’t recommend as the food was basic, the dining room was small so didn’t give much option for choice. We ate out most days. All inclusive drinks were really good, sangria & vodka wasn’t watered down like some all inclusive- hotel is directly opposite a supermarket for snacks. Staff all friendly especially Juan behind the bar. End of season so not much going on no entertainment or pool bar don’t know if this changes in high season. Advise taking a bus into lloret de mar only 2.60€. We also took a catamaran trip from here which included drinks & bbq which was great value. Tossa its self is a beautiful place with lots of eateries so if I was to return I would go self catering. Good location 10 minutes from beach

Las señoras de la recepción, muy buenas simpáticas y muy educadas las habitación muy limpia ,quizás en el lavabo un poco de más de luz iría muy bien y como otra cosa a destacar poner un castigo para dejar las toallas,por no dejarlo en el Bidet pero el ambiente

Doy una estrella porque me obliga para poder publicar una reseña, pero no merece ni una. Habitaciones viejas sucias, si vas a ir llévate ambientador que las habitaciones huelen a cerrado y cloacas, el baño da miedo , cortina sucia y con moho y bañera embozada, la comida de mala calidad y mal cocinada (pollo al horno: seco y patatas duras por falta de cocción) solo por poner un ejemplo. Comerás mejor comprando comida preparada del supermercado que hay delante. Música a tope hasta las tantas, y el dueño en el bar dando palmas como si estuviera en un fieston! Podría hacerse, si insonorizara el espacio para no molestar a los huéspedes que eligen no tomarse las copas con él. Del "todo incluido de snack " ni hablar... un sándwich al día. Delante una reclamación el dueño aparece del bar presentándose como el gerente y dice de las recepcionistas.... "ven conmigo que yo te lo gestione que ellas no te solucionan nada" . Una después del check- out sin respuesta de lo que EL iba a solucionar. Su recepción me hace saber que no ha gestión NADA! No volvería y me arrepiento de haber elegido este hotel que de barato tiene poco. Nada de buena relación calidad-precio.
