The hotel is in a good location, right by the beach, but a waiter who looks like an Asian has a bad attitude and is obviously very cold to Chinese tourists, which makes people feel uncomfortable.

Aunt Tere at the front desk was so welcoming that I fell in love with Tossa at once. The sea view room with balcony is unbeatable, and looking out at the sea is refreshing. The indoor fragrance smells great too, but unfortunately I couldn't find the same one in the supermarket.

A bit old hotel. The young front desk lady and assistant brother were very polite on the first day. On the second day, the older lady took more than 15 minutes to check out each customer. There was a long queue and a waste of time. The room facilities are a bit old and the hotel is small, at most a three-star level. Breakfast was shocking, there was nothing, just a few slices of bread and orange juice. The advantage is that the location is excellent, I will not come back in the future

Beautiful historical hotel right in the town centre. The staff really helpful and lovely. For the swimming pool you need to go to another rooftop not far from the hotel.

The hotel room was spacious with lots of hangers and plenty of drawers, a sitting area and outside verandah. Comfortable bed, nice al fresco breakfast and lovely, helpful staff. Good walk in shower but needs an anti slip mat. Our stay was spoilt by ****** in room 105 who played music ? at full volume in their room until 02:30 in the morning. I asked reception twice to sort it but to avail. They then had the cheek to put a do not disturb sign on their door in the later morning (09:30) as they had a lie in.

Just left the hotel and wanted to leave the comment in order to warn other tourists. Rooms look really beautiful, especially if you like historical design. But there was a big problem - there were a lot of ants in our room. It wouldn't be a big problem if the hotel solved it once and for all. But they just came, sprayed the room with poison and asked us to leave for 10 minutes so that the poison could take effect. Nothing was offered as an apology for such service, and when we checked out, they didn't even ask about our experience. So if you are looking for good service, it’s not the place to stay in.
