The check in progress is smooth and clear. The front desk hotel staff have given all the information step by step and being patient. Every guest will get a complimentary drink at bar with all range of drinks and invited to join the 18:30 Lamb Party. We have reserved the 2/F restaurant for dinner and also grab a drink and food at the bar, both are delicious with good service. The swimming pool we went twice it was clean and with a stunning views. We have also booked the SPA , it was great and relaxing. The room is exactly the same as the web photo, the bed was very comfortable. Recommend to friend and family.

I believe that the hotel is excellent, that's why I booked. But I didn't stay because I fall down in tores del paine and broke my wrist. I can't call hotel in my pain and no signal as well. So I hope the management would make a refund on my booking..at least 50% I would appreciate because I have to book another hotel near Punta Arenas hospital. The rooms at Rio Serrano Hotel + SPA are in an excellent location. You can see the magnificent Cuernos of Paine from the hotel lobby and bedrooms. You can see the sunrise over the Cuernos of Paine without leaving your room in the morning. Every window in the hotel lobby is as beautiful as a painting. The hotel staff is warm and responsible. The breakfast is very rich and the dinner dishes are delicious. We stayed here for three days and were very satisfied. The only thing that needs to be corrected is that the road leading to the hotel is a gravel road, but this is not the hotel's fault. The entire Torres del Paine area is gravel roads. The room is good, the atmosphere is good, the view is very beautiful, the air is fresh, very suitable for relaxation.

The room is average. The service staff has a fake professional smile. The massif's day trip is not bad! I also recommend the nearby pampa lodge, which is cozy but the food is not as good as Rio.

Hotel well located close to the entrance to Torres del Pine national park. A highlight is the rooms that offer views of the Torre del Pine massifs. A painting through the bedroom window. Highlights include the SPA and swimming pool, which is very good for resting and relaxing at the end of the day. Good breakfast, but not excellent. Restaurant and bar with good ala carte menu options. Very weak wine list for the price of the hotel and the dishes. Still remembering that Chile is a country with so many good winery options.

The facilities are not complete and the sanitation is not up to standard. The room at the beginning smelled like paint, but it was much better after I changed rooms. It is not recommended to stay in a standard room. The one on the first floor has no view and is full of people. The hotel lobby has a good environment, but the surrounding area is deserted. Service is OK.

The facilities are very simple, there is no TV or hot water kettle in the room, and the sanitary conditions are not good. It is like the domestic standard of three and a half stars. It feels very old and outdated, the kind of style that white elderly people like. The superior room has a bathtub. Not clean. Service is ok. What is worth mentioning is the scenery of the hotel. The scenery in the superior room is very beautiful. The location of the hotel is not good. It takes more than an hour to drive to Torres del Paine National Park and more than an hour to the town near the airport. It’s nowhere to be found and has no shops. The price is really not worth it. It’s better to either Stay in Bai Nei, or stay in the town and sign up for a one-day tour. A room worth more than 3k feels like staying in a room worth 1k. If you must stay in this hotel, it is recommended to drive there, otherwise it will cost 200 US dollars to take a taxi and no driver is willing to take you.
