Popular Torrenova 4-star Hotels

I will definitely be recommending this place - thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hotel sea view was absolutely perfect. Got to watch the sunset every night. The main ***** of the beach was easily accessible and so many restaurants to choose from. Variety of the buffet was excellent too and very tasty. Staff were always so helpful and welcoming.

Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. The hotel is in a good location, with a beautiful beach nearby. Supermarkets, shopping, and transportation are all very convenient. There is a direct bus to downtown Palma. The scenery of the hotel is unparalleled! Located on the cliff, the independent parasol position allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery The hygienic condition of the hotel is average, the toiletries are very difficult to use, the towels are dirty and old, the quilt is not clean, and dried bugs can be seen. The quilt may be damp at the beach, and there are no slippers or toiletries. Please bring your own disposable toiletries. Otherwise there will be a charge The breakfast is great, with many varieties and quite delicious The service staff has a very good attitude.

Hotel a little high up for those who don't like hills 😁 otherwise everything is ok except perhaps in the evening when some people don't respect others (slamming doors, children in the corridors screaming) but hey it's the life in community. Very welcoming staff, very clean. Be careful if you rent a car that is difficult to park.

Really great stay unlike the comments I read which scared me 🙄☺️ Attentive customers and lots of advice, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very touristy and crowded area. Also, it's very difficult to find a spot to park your car - the hotels description says that they have parking but actually there are only 9 spots available for guests. Receptionists are very slow and disorganized. Rooms are clean and nice. Overall, the experience was below my expectations.
