This hotel is an utter nuisance hotel and a fake in the name of 4 stars. They don't have basic like water, kettle, tea & coffee anything stall in the hotel. This is such a disgrace.
They also charge for towels in the hotel swimming pool. Upon asking in the reception they said they are OK if I carry my own drinks and floaters by the pool however not sure if the pool bar guy allows or not. Upon asking who owns the pool and to show me the drafted policy they were blank.
These things are acceptable if the hotel is rated 2 stars but not from 4 stars

We chose the apartment for two, the hotel and facilities were very good. The location is a bit bad regarding parking.

Fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables. Todo el personal del hotel de nota 10. Incluido los guardias de noche ( se ha quedado en nuestra memoria como una anécdota). En una de las noches nos hemos quedado sin luz ( por culpa de un calentador de agua chemado) Hemos reclamado el asunto en recepción y han enviado un guardia, que después de un par de preguntas ha desenchufado el calentador y ha subido de nuevo los térmicos y a vuelto la luz. Gracias por unas vacaciones inolvidables .
