had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel during my holiday in Spain. From start to finish, the experience was unpleasant and well below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, we discovered bugs in our room, and the cleanliness was deplorable. When we raised our concerns with the reception staff, they promised to upgrade our room the next day. However, after packing up and heading to reception, we were accused of lying to get a better room. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude and hostile. The second room they offered was no better — the same poor quality, with bugs and a terrible smell. After rejecting that room, we were given yet another room, which we had no choice but to accept. Unfortunately, it was still not up to standard. The staff’s attitude throughout was dismissive and rude. They were unaccommodating and made no effort to provide decent customer service. The hostility we encountered from the reception team left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. The food at breakfast was equally disappointing. The quality was poor, and the restaurant itself was unhygienic — we even saw bugs in the breakfast area. Overall, the hotel was filthy, poorly maintained, and lacking in basic hospitality. There was not a single aspect of our stay that I could praise. I would rate this hotel a solid two out of ten and would strongly recommend avoiding it.

Très bien !
Séjour 4 nuits, professionnel, très bon confort literie ok, chambre spacieuse et agréable, sdb fonctionnelle. Concernant le cadre, chambre avec vue piscine pour tout le monde, agréable mais attention si vous cherchez du calme, passez votre chemin, cadre FESTIF :) musique toute la journée, et ambiance festive dans toute la station, plages a proximité directe à pied. Service petit déjeuner ok et complet (8h c'est tard mais on s'y fait) et personnel hyper agréable et serviable. On y reviendra !

Malísimo son unos ratas, el horario d comida era hasta 21:30, 21 hs no reponían comida, te querían cobrar las toallas para la piscina, el all inclusive era de bebidas tres nada más, eso no es all inclusive
