Another fantastic stay! We returned for a week after our great experience last year, and it did not disappoint. The hotel was clean and welcoming upon check-in, and we appreciated being able to access our room early. The pool bar staff were attentive, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. A special thanks to the reception team for their help with booking taxis and providing information about the local area. The location is perfect, offering a nice balance between the excitement of Magaluf and the nice restaurants in Palmanova. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Booked this trip away for my boyfriend’s bday and we absolutely loved this holiday. Hotel is so clean and staff are very friendly! The rooms are very spacious and has fridge too which was so hopeful. Hotel is located on the top of Magaluf ***** and surprisingly you do not hear a lot of noise! 5 minute walk to the beach and a spar shop right next door. The only negative about this hotel is “heart attack hill”…. After a long hot day at the beach it’s a killer! But it is a really good stay and we will deffo be coming back here

Lovely hotel, sparkling clean, great staff, especially Maria, our lovely chambermaid! Yes, bit of a climb to the hotel, which was helped each night by calling in Sue`s Place (seperate review) Were advised the hotel was used by younger guests, being midweek & later in the season helped, very quiet, many Danish students there, impeccably behaved. No complaints at all, thanks.

One of the worst experiences I have had. My two friends and I came here for a holiday and 3/5 nights we were awakened by people trying to get into our hotel room in the middle of the night. We slept terribly and we were scared and when we approached the reception about this we were laughed at. We are three young girls who felt unsafe and the man behind the reception did not take us seriously which I find infuriating.
