Our first holiday in Torquay Good location and accommodation friendly hosts

1st of all for 2 adults for 2 nights sunday to Tuesday september we got the exceptional rate of £130. This did not include breakfast but upon check in we added the option of breakfast on for £10pp per night. I cannot convey how pleased we was with our stay here, it was exceptional. The Ravenwood is around a 4minute walk from the Harbour that leads to easy access of what you want to do during your stay. We was greeted by Raj one of the owners upon arrival with a plesant greeting. One in the bed and breakfast you instantly know the pride, high spec and cleanliness within the building itself. *and outside. Checkin was quick and informative with a breakfast card of choices to be returned by 10pm for the next morning. We both had the full english and it was hot, fresh and delicous. And as a little extra Raj served us yoghurt, museli and homemade berry coolie. *scrumptious. There was also fresh juices, cereals, toast and fruits to help yourself too. Theres around 10 rooms with ensuites and even though the rooms was all taken we never heard anyone at all. The rooms are over 3 floors and we was in room 7. It was spacious, exceptionaly clean, comfortable with a view that was beautiful. Tea, coffee and bottled water was also in the room along with a kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, many white towels and a seating area with a tv. You can see that Raj works hard to give the best proper service for all that stay are happy and satisfied as we was, and we will definetly returning.
