Such a beautiful apartment and in a great location. Perfect for town, beach and the coastline. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful. And full of advice and tips about making the most of the stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated with some great artwork and style is considered as well as comfort.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished, and is spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners are very friendly and they took every step to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a slight misunderstanding about the apartment and hadn't realised it was upstairs. This was only a problem because we were visiting our sister who has difficulty walking and had wanted her to come for a meal at the apartment. In the end, she managed the stairs but in the meantime, the owners had kindly offered us the use of the dining room at their B&B and even brought our sister some flowers as an apology. They really did go above and beyond! The location is excellent for getting into town easily.

A wonderful stay, the apartment was a short walk into town, stylishly decorated and comfortable. Apartment 3 was perfect for kids, bright and well equipped. Will definitely book again. Thank you Phillip for all your great recommendations.

We stayed in apartment 2, with wonderful views. It was spotlessly clean with super comfy bedlinen and towels provided. We enjoyed the extra touches provided (though had bought our own kitchen cleaning bits) It was really warm and cosy, despite being a large space to heat. Philip, the owner, was very helpful and if needed was a phone call away. Would definitely recommend this apartment as so close to the harbour and shops. Looking forward to staying again in the New Year. Thank you

It was a clean apartment. It was quiet, we didn't hear the other quests. Also a very comfortable bed. It's also an easy walk down to the harbour and shopping centre, an incline on the way back, about a 10 min walk. A big bonus was the parking at the property.

A fantastic stay for myself and family, a short walk into the bustle of Torquay central and the promenade. Using the apartment as a home away from home we were able to visit many exquisite locations in devon and exmoor. Gary and Phillip couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and easy. Beautifully furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. Will come back again!

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Just a short walk to the town centre, harbour and sea front. Will definitely be booking again and look forward to returning.
