We loved it here. Amazing location, great rooms and every request met by the host! Cannot fault. We rebooked on leaving - Highly recommended! It's a small and very friendly Guest House. The room we booked was one of the smaller ones, but even still perfect for 2 people and 2 dogs. It's in a perfect location and if you like live music, there is a venue just meters away! Can't wait to go back

September 13th - 15th 2024, Excellent accommodation, close to the sea front, town centre, restaurants and bars. Accommodation very clean/tidy, easy/quick check in & booking, hosts can't do enough for you, very polite welcoming and accomodating, highly recommend 👌

Picked from a listings company as good reviews ,location and value for money. In an old Victorian house?, it is set overlooking a lovely little park not far from centre of Torquay with easy access and parking at rear off main road. It is an ideal base for touring around the area, Teignmouth(highly recommended) ,Paignton , Brixham all close by,Exeter and Plymouth not too far away.Room was clean ,airy had the benefit of a small fridge and is kept spotless by Sandy and his wife, they are very pleasant and can’t do enough to help . On the strength of this year we have booked to go back next year.

The stay was lovely, very clean and comfortable room,great location close to the harbour and shopping. It was a great breakfast, and Sandy and his wife were fantastic. They made us feel very welcome, We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Sharon & Dave

The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The host was friendly, and helpful. The location was walking distance to town, but far enough away to be quiet. It was perfect for a few days stay. The optional cooked breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this establishment for value for many and cleanliness.

From the moment we arrived thr host was extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent with free parking. The rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was really lovely and plenty to choose from. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed here recently and it was lovely. The couple who run the b&b couldn't do enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Very dog friendly, bella had sausages each morning!! Breakfast was superb Parking outside. Very close to the harbour with some lovely pubs and restaurants. Will be going back soon Definitely recommend it. .
