We have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at The Cimon. We holidayed this year with our 16 year old daughter, who absolutely loved beautiful heated outside pool. We stayed in the balcony room which has a gorgeous view. The room itself was just gorgeous, it was spacious and spotless, and had a mini fridge and a hairdryer. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in room, which were topped up each morning. The shower was great!! We was very happy with our room as was our daughter who stayed in her own double room which was equally as good. The breakfast was fab with plenty of choice, all the staff were just amazing and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We loved that pool towels were provided and you just popped them in a basket at the end of the day for them to be washed. As well as enjoying the pool we also enjoyed playing games in the beautiful living room, where there was plenty of choice of board games. Julia and Jamie, you have an amazing place, you are the perfect hosts, we didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back x

We stayed at The Cimon with our 3 children. They enjoyed the pool and breakfast both mornings. Breakfast was great lots of hot options and also cereal, fruit, yoghurts and croissants. Julia greeted us on arrival and both Jamie and Julia were friendly through out our stay. The room was lovely, and the hotel was very well looked after. It is very clear to see that Julia and Jamie put a lot of hard work into making sure all guests have a lovely stay. Julia gave us tips about the local area and answered any questions we had. The hotel is situated in a great location with lots to do and see. Breakfast was lovely and made to order. We will definitely return for another weekend of fun. We would definitely recommend a trip to The Cimon!

We had a wonderful time staying at The Cimon. Jamie and Julia were great hosts making us feel very welcome and helping out with any queries we had about places to visit/eat. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and are already asking to go up. Would definitely recommend.

I booked a short break with my daughter at the Cimon and we were both made to feel so welcome, it really is a home from home. Jamie and Julia were great hosts and very knowledgeable. A great location only a short walk from the beach and harbour. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The best bit for us was the lovely pool area which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the the Cimon the hotel is lovely throughout and the location is excellent. We were warmly welcomed straight away given some information about places to go and things to do and showed to our room which was the compact double but more than enough room for my son and I. The outdoor space is fabulous and the pool was brilliant We didn't have to best weather but still used the pool as its heated and had loads of fun. Breakfast was amazing between us I think tried everything and its cooked to order so and so fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Cimon to anyone visiting Torquay. Thank you

We had a great time staying here as a family. The hotel is really clean and modern, and just a short walk to the promenade which made it easy to head out for walks and explore the area. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, which made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a relaxing and comfortable base for our trip—would definitely stay again!

Loved every minute Julie and Jamie were great hosts. Not only did they ensure we were happy they offered good views of local attractions. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fab, pool was cherry on top, bar area nice and with a simple bell we were attended to within seconds. Torquay is amazing and will improve year on year.

Warmest of welcome from hosts Julia & Jamie on our arrival. We stayed Fri-Mon and were sad to leave. Lovely comfy rooms, fantastic cooked breakfast (cereal etc also available) bar for drinks and snacks onsite, for a quiet evening, or when lounging by the pool. The pool is a great feature, we used it everyday, plenty of sun loungers to go around. Big car park on site too and not too far to walk down the hill to the beach, cafes and harbour. We didn't find it took many minutes to walk back up. Both Julia & Jamie are on hand to offer information on places to visit or dine at, nothing was too much trouble. In the evenings (or rainy day if unlucky) there is a downstairs lounge, with TVs, board games, books and puzzles to entertain you. Everytime you walk by, the puzzle left out for everyone was sooooo enticing! Big shout out to Lucy, who helps at breakfast. Lovely and polite. The Cimon, a real gem of a find in Torquay, wouldn't hesitate to book here again if coming to South Devon. Thank you for our great stay 🌞😊
