The Baytree - Exclusively for Adults

We have been visiting The Baytree for many years. Chris and Karen are the best host's. They are very informative of the area. Chris and my husband have played golf, which was a great afternoon. There are many choices for breakfast, which is always hot and tasty.

We loved it! Just back from a week stay. Super, quiet location but also within a few minutes walking distance from the sea front. Our room was spacious and more than enough storage space, mirrors and lighting to keep us happy. Spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Our check in was smooth, despite us being delayed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. Karen and Chris were great hosts and obviously know what they are doing. A lovely touch was a box of chocolates and card having heard it was our wedding anniversary. So kind.

Excellent accommodation, with lovely owners. Choice to opt in/out of breakfast a big bonus you can just decide the night before. Parking onsite or in quiet safe road. Gluten free catered for. Well appointed rooms for a peaceful nights sleep.

It was our first visit to Torquay. After looking at different venues, I called The Baytree. Chris gave us all the information we required for the weeks stay. The Confirmation details sent to us about type of room, payment, and parking details were very concise. On arrival we were greeted by Chris, who assisted us with our luggage. All house rules were explained to us, which we agreed. The Master twin en-suite room was a good size, with plenty wardrobe and draw space for our cloths. The walk-in shower was the best we had ever used. There was a TV. The double bed was big and very comfortable(considering we have twin beds at home). Tea,Coffee, and milk was also provided, plus extra if we needed them. The room had a good view, was very clean, and surrounding area was very quiet. Breakfast was ordered the night before. With a good choice Fruit juice, Fruit, Cereals, and full english, plus other option were available, and plenty of tea and toast. All the food cooked by Karen,( very pleasant and welcoming each morning when we met) all the food was well presented, hot, and tasty. The cleanliness of the dining room, and tableware were to a very high standard. We both had an excellent stay at The Baytree, with two good host.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The owners were some of the nicest, most helpful people we have ever stayed with. The property itself is clean, warm and well maintained. The breakfast choices you het are generous and from what we had, thoroughly lovely. We would definitely stay here again
