Back again for the fifth time at our absolute favourite b&b and yet again 5 stars,superb! As always the rooms and indeed the whole b&b were spotless. Debbie and Richard go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect,the lovely little touches and thoughtfulness makes your stay so special. The breakfast is to die for and not once in our 3 day stay did we need to eat before our evening meal. When the sunshine is out there is no better place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine than in the beautiful garden. Situated in a peaceful position but not far from train station with a bus stop at the top of the road and it’s a lovely walk to the seafront. The only problem is that we now compare every b&b that we stay at to the Bentley lodge and still after 14 years we haven’t found one that comes anywhere close. Rest assured we will be back next year thank you Debbie and Richard for making our stay and my birthday so special. Once again excellent! John and Tina.

Das beste B&B auf unserer Rundreise. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die uns schon bei der Anreise begleitet haben. Die Zimmer sind tip top , mit Kühlschrank und süßen Aufmerksamkeiten. Das Frühstück ist große Klasse . Die Marmelade ist homemade. Die Lage, an einer Nebenstraße ist ruhig. Da kann man auch länger bleiben.

We have been staying at Bentley Lodge for a few years now and we absolutely love it. Tucked away on a quiet road, it is ideally placed in Torquay, just a stroll from the train station or a 20 minute stroll to the sea front. Spotlessly clean rooms and always feel at home here. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic all made with the very best ingredients. We have stayed at many hotels and B&B’s in Torquay over the years and this wins hands down. Would never stay anywhere else and looking forward to our next visit.

Wir waren als älteres Ehepaar eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Bad und Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin und ihrem Mann hervorragend betreut. Das Frühstück war exelent. Parken vor dem Haus. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Wir haben vor Ort alles zu Fuß gemacht. Bis in die City und zur Strandpromenade zwischen 20 - 30 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.

Been coming here for around 6 years now and still the perfect place . It’s amazing from the rooms to the dinning area and gardens are the perfect place to chill at the end of the day . The rooms leave you wanting for nothing and are spotless . The breakfast is the best I’ve had and sets you up for your day . Debbie and Richard the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble .

Sfeervol huis met mooie moderne inrichting en tuin. Heel schoon. Op 20 minuten lopen van het strand en het uitgaanscentrum. Debbie en Richard, de eigenaren, zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij en bieden veel extra service, zoals boekingen en adviezen wat leuk is in de omgeving. Ontbijt is ronduit excellent. Veel keus, met zorg klaar gemaakt en opgediend.

Amazing stay! Fantastic hosts who couldn’t do enough for us! Absolutely delicious Breakfast! Our room was SO spotlessly clean, and bed was comfy. Bathroom was great. Toiletries supplied were brilliant. Nice touches by Hosts…The homemade Fudge and Rocky Road, that was in the room, was delicious. As was the homemade Marmalade and Jam, at the Breakfast Table.
