I was very impressed with this hotel since I used to stay at the hotel when it was the Intercontinental. They spruced it up a bit with some paint and lighter hallways but really it was the service that impressed me. All the staff I came in contact with were excellent. The room was bright and comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little old as the shower door felt like it would fall off it’s hinges and gone were the luxury soaps creams and shampoos from the IC. No frills but if you asked for a bathrobe they brought it up. Fridge was not working but the Nespresso machine was. Never ending great coffee was a big plus too. I tried room service twice as I was working in the room during the day and the food, while limited, was delicious. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel as the location can’t be beat as well.

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Because it is an apartment hotel, it is very suitable for long-term stay, but it should be noted that this apartment building is not a hotel in the strict sense. Although the building has security, it is not an official person of the hotel. It should be equipped in the apartment and is only responsible for checking in and checking. Out, unable to store luggage, apply for extra beds, etc. After booking the hotel on Ctrip, you need to contact the hotel by email and pay a deposit to get the check in password. A beautiful hotel. The lobby is tall, and the overhead looks like snowflakes are falling. The paintings and handicrafts in the room are condensed. Toiletries are Le Labo. It has a shower room and a large off-white bathtub. Located in Yorkville, Toronto's most high-end community. Metro station Bloor-Yonge is 400 meters away.

I went to Toronto to play, the location is very good, look at the map, go to a few more famous attractions are very close, there is a subway nearby, you can buy a subway day pass 13 dollars a day to sit casually, including the long tram. The rooms are not big, the facilities are average, and the sanitation is acceptable. The breakfast in the restaurant is fairly plentiful. After all, it is a big city. This price is also satisfactory.

Although the hotel is not big, the interior is elegant, quiet and tidy, and the room is not small. A refrigerator and a kettle are available.

The location is very good. Subway Line 1 and Line 2 are nearby. The room is spacious and bright. There are not many types of breakfast. Since the dining space is not large, you can eat in the upstairs room. It is very suitable for family outings.

Rooms are slightly smaller than competitors. No microwaves. Others are perfect. Services are fridendly and efficient.

Highly recommended! Great location, easy parking, and fantastic service. Staff are caring, kind, and are edger to assist and ensure you have a memorable experience. Looking forward to my next visit.
