The location of this hotel was spot on - walking distance to almost everywhere! The room was basic, but fine for sleeping (apart from the plastic sheets!). The breakfast was a great addition and helped us to start the day. However, the pool and gym were not good. The gym was tiny with hardly an equipment, and the pool had a fixed lane rope that meant you couldn't swim lengths. Pretty useless to advertise these as facilities. Everything else was fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep when exploring Toronto!

We had an amazing experience at the Hilton, Toronto. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Our train got into the city, and we had a few hours before our scheduled show. The staff graciously tagged and stored our luggage while we toured around.
The lobby, room and the pool were both amazing and very clean! The pool (and sauna) was a highlight for sure! Just beautiful!
We were given late checkout upon asking, and enjoyed the pool more the next morning.
Also, the little coffee shop in the large hallway attached to the hotel was SO good!!! They were wonderful there as well.
We highly recommend and will certainly book our next stay here!!!:)
As I stayed in this hotel in the summer, most hotels were expensive. This was my first time staying in a two-star hotel. The room and the bathroom were very spacious, but I felt lonely at the same time. The shower tap was so high that if someone in a wheelchair needed to use the shower, it's not possible for the person to reach it. The breakfast offers limited choices. Have no idea why some reviews mentioned about delicious breakfast. The coffee and hot chocolate are available at the lobby all day. No laundry service. The matress was well supported. The main downside is engine of the air conditioning was installed in the room next to the window, so it got very noisy in the silent evening

Very close to the Union station, easy to find and access. Many food place around. Convenient for walk around not too far from CN tower. For anyone who has to take flight from Billy Bishop Airport, highly recommend. The complementary shuttle bus just front door of the hotel depart every 15-30 minutes..
Amenity is very eco friendly, organics product I think
The housekeeper not clean well when I arrived, still leftover the previous guest garbage in ice bucket, stocking package was left in the drawer and no shower math for the first night

The location is good, close to the subway station and Eaton Center. The room is not big, the hygiene is average, there is a balcony, it is noisy, you can cook, and everything is complete. There are two lockers in the room with towels, but I don't know which ones are clean and which ones are not washed.
Overall, the room was good. It was spacious enough for a family of five. The front desk staff were also friendly.
The location was fine, as it was close to the station and within walking distance of restaurants.
The walls in the room were thin, so you could hear the noise next door.
The water pressure in the shower was weak.
I think the amount of amenities was too small for five people.
There weren't enough towels, so we asked for more.

On June 25th my wife and I stayed at the Chelsea for 1 night.
We have been clients of Chelsea since it was first constructed many years ago.
We had a very disappointed stay this time because, as we waited on Gerrard St to enter the underground parking (quite congested) we were given a $200 parking violation by a parking representative who stated we were blocking the bike lane. We were in line for approximately 10 minutes and considered it normal traffic congestion in Toronto. We remained in our car and eventually entered the parking garage.
I have disputed the parking ticket, but also feel that Chelsea has to take some ownership in this situation. There were a couple of vehicles in front of the hotel without occupants that should have been moved and this would have given much easier access to the parking.
As of today Chelsea will not be a top preference for future visits to Toronto.
Hotel late check-in. It was handled at the door only during one time period. Contact the hotel to obtain the keys if they are out of date. There is a small living room inside the room. Can see the TV tower. The key to the elevator can only go to its own floor.

GGuest UserWe had such a lovely weekend at Double Tree Hilton on Chestnut Street in Toronto. Lovely, lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful, our bed so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Toronto. I'm also very interested in checking out other Hilton Hotels at other locations. I hear there's Hilton in Hawaii??

GGuest UserThe service of W Hotel is better than that of Sydney and Melbourne. There is a Chinese front desk. Check-in is also very fast. It can be checked in at a little after 1 o'clock! When I arrived at the hotel, it was far away to get the luggage, and they came to help me. It was very active. This is better than other overseas hotels! But the room is decorated in an open bathroom. The socket is not working. The toothbrush delivery is very slow. No one delivered it all night. There is no swimming pool. The hotel windows should be cleaned again. The windows cannot be opened. The breakfast is very exquisite! The size is the mini version of W Hotel in Sydney and Melbourne, but W Hotel is considered new abroad. Other hotels are too old. It is still a choice.
CCaomujieyouxinThe service at this hotel was truly frustrating. First, we were informed that our two rooms couldn't be on the same floor. If we insisted on being on the same floor, we'd have to settle for a room with a significantly worse view. Ironically, the room we were given, which supposedly had a good view, turned out to be an accessible room that only had one chair. I called room service to request an additional chair, and they agreed promptly. However, the chair never arrived, not even by the time we checked out. I can't help but wonder if these common ploys are because bookings made through platforms like Ctrip aren't well-regarded.

PPOTENS TRAVELSAmazing place to stay for thr entire family. We had so much fun at this location . The breakfast is nice. The only downside is absence of room service
DDoubleRainbow_TravelGuideThe staff were able to serve my late night check in. They provided a free upgrade!
The room was big enough with a private bath.
AC was on during the summer, though there were no controls.
The room was not equipped with many kitchen basics.
