Be warned parking is not included, even for the night of your hotel stay! They have a power gate arm that is glitchy just to get on the property. When I finally did get in, the parking lot was so packed I was lucky to get the last spot.
There was nobody around for quite a while at the front desk. The guy looked like he'd been partying when he finally did come. Then you had to negotiate how much you would pay for parking!
They have nice comfortable rooms that are very clean. There's no free coffee or anything in the lobby in the morning.
Check out is at noon so that's handy.
The hotel is near the airport and has a free shuttle which is convenient. The room is a little bit plain and feels kinda dated. Maybe even a little shabby. Definitely not worth the money but being so close to the airport they can charge whatever they want. But overall, not disappointed.
Nice casino resort near the airport! The room was comfortable and huge for 4 people! The bed was comfy and toilet well equipped with amenities and shower was decent in terms of pressure and temperature. My room has a nice sunrise view. Location is near the airport but far from everything else.

We stayed in 2 queen bedrooms with runway view. We can barely hear any flight taking off. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good as well.
Front desk staff was very friendly.
Shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the airport on time, and we used this to take UP express from the airport to Union Station. We enjoyed our 3 days' stay here. Will stay again when go to Toronto.
I arrived in Toronto on a flight on Friday. I am here to study, but my host family can only check in on Saturday, so I have to choose a hotel to stay for one night. This hotel provides free breakfast, the overall facilities are very new, and the service is great! The airport shuttle service runs frequently, so you won't have to wait too long. You can order a king-size bed through Trip.com. The room is very large and clean. The breakfast is very filling. Although it is near the airport, the noise is not too loud. I like standing by the window and staring at the planes taking off and landing. If I come to Toronto next time, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Recommended to everyone.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately one toilet wasn't working properly in the suite and there was no hot water in the other washroom. I did not want it fixed during my stay but they made sure I was comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was tasty and there were a variety of options for all dietary needs.
Farther from downtown than anticipated, but that was my fault for not checking that out beforehand. Still, I used the airport shuttle to get back to the airport and from there I could get a train to downtown.
The windows are not very soundproof, it's a bit noisy, earplugs are provided in the room, it seems the store owner knows this
The breakfast is OK, but the price of breakfast alone is not cheap
The front desk service is good and the attitude is also very good
I was in transit for about 12 hours.
The shuttle bus between the airports was available every 30 minutes, which was very convenient. I will use it again when I have a layover in Toronto.

Great
GGuest User10 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered to order airport shuttle ( although call made by another shuttle driver, so he was helpful!)
Long wait, unmarked shuttle bus, no help with loading suitcases.
Check in undertaken whilst receptionist on the phone, didn’t complete check in, started assisting other guests, demanded a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ ( as I had prepaid in full- informed once I called that it was a tax: this could have been easily explained at the time!)
Insanely ‘fat’ pillows! I had to try sleeping without as they were so painful on my neck and back.
Room good, but truly unpleasant ‘welcome’ to the hotel!
GGuest UserThe receptionist on the first day was very friendly and checked us in once we arrived at the hotel.
Breakfast starts at 630am, therefore, we're able to grab breakfast before our private Toronto tour operator picked us daily.
They also arranged free transfer from hotel to Toronto Pearson Airport.
However on the day of transfer to the airport we were down earlier than the pick up time but the receptionist was not too accommodating.
Overall it's a pleasant stay at the hotel.
GGuest UserThe room is big and clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. We notified the hotel to pick us up after arriving at 11:30 pm. There was a small problem in the middle, but the driver waited for us patiently at the airport. The hotel service is very good, and the breakfast is also good. Thank you!
RRuilinAfter getting off the bus, you have to walk for a while to get there. The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me.
There is a shuttle bus to the airport.
Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine.
Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.
GGuest UserWasn't able to adjust the AC, and the app to connect to the TV didn't work, but was a clean, comfortable stay with a helpful, friendly staff.
BBrody LeeGreat hotel. I was surprised it had microwave and mini fridge. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. At night, Scott was very helpful and all the staff were kind. If I have to layover in Toronto again I'd definitely stay here. I also took the free shuttle bus which was on time and had friendly drivers.
GGuest UserThe reception was very helpful to wait for my check in even I could come to the hotel in the mid night. She can also provide helping hand for allowing me to leave the luggage there for a couple of hours after checked out.
LLiIn the hotel near the airport, the price is favorable, and the breakfast bag is the same every day. There are fast food restaurants and Indian restaurants nearby. Parking is free. Friendly to wheelchair guests. Have a chance to come again!
